Took my iPhone to get the screen fixed and got it done that same day. However I came back the next day because my screen was not correctly placed. That same day I started to have issues with my screen. I work so I don’t have time to keep coming back to get issues fixed that shouldn’t been done right since the beginning. I ended up going to Apple and they told me my face recognition cable was damaged when they fixed the screen. I came back to tell him and he said it wasn’t him that there was no way he could have damaged it???? So he’s basically telling me I did it??? No one touched my phone but him. I asked him to fix my phone or give me a refund. And he said he couldn’t do either. Now I need to pay $400 to get my phone fixed, on top of the $110 he charged me.
