I thought this location would be really cool since it looked a lot similar to some claw machine spots I visited in Japan, but the older man working upfront at the register was rushing me in picking one of those random anime bag clips with his unnecessary comment. It was pretty unprofessional and rude as the place had the specific series I wanted wrong. Maybe don't say you're selling a series with the box out when it's not even there. I had to dig through it cause another series was in the wrong box. Maybe fix that instead of making unnecessary comments to your coworker about how most people grab just 1 because they're random and saying it loudly for me to hear intentionally. It’s super fun here but the claws are not at all as strong as the reviews make them out to be. I’m skilled at claws and I spent over $100 and I only won 7 prizes. That sounds like a lot of prizes but it’s really not for the amount of tokens $100 gets you. Usually the more you play the stronger the machines get- I went in on a BUSY Saturday night and almost every claw was weak. The stronger claws were for the one and two token machines. The good prizes are in the four token machines and the claw strength was nowhere to be found. They would either drop the plushie or the claw was so weak it wouldn’t even close all the way so it felt very rigged. I LOVE THIS PLACE!! This was my first time here but the experience was great! The blind boxes were so cute and they’re so much variety. They were stocked up on Sonny’s they were kinda pricey on the Sonny’s but it’s understandable. I bought my first ever Nommi and it was so cute!! The staffs were so kind and sweet! The claw machines were not rigged at all! And we got to reorganize the order of the plushies too so it could be easier! We asked to reorganize it like 10 times and every time they were so nice and calm about! We won like 4 plushies and they were all so adorable! When we only had a token left they gave us a free one because you can’t play anything with one token. The environment was great! It was clean and had lots of room to move around.
