We made reservations for 6:30 on Friday night with friends. Upon arriving the only seat they had open did not fit 4 people unless the other table was empty, which it was not. Rather than waiting for another table to finish we opted to sit in the bar area which was small but less crowded. We were seated and waited for someone to help us, no one came for about 10 mins. I called over the hostess to see if we could get help and finally a server took our order. From that point we did receive sporadic service. I will say that the food was good, definitely what the reviews say but towards the end of our meal after giving the check we waited about 20-30 mins with no response. We asked the waiter what was going on and his response was " ok let me go get it" after waiting another 5-10 mins they finally told us the truth that they lost my credit card and they were looking for it. Ok, not a big deal if they found the card in a timely manner but they did not and said that they would call me when they found it. Only problem was they did not take my phone number and kept scrambling to look on the floor and in places the card and bill never went. I went outside to check on my group for a few minutes and went back in asking to talk to the manager and have them call me back when they had time. The younger waitress did not have the best attitude and told me " just cancel your credit card, it's not a big deal." Obviously she did not understand how inconvenient it is to lose a credit card that is connected to multiple accounts.
I receive a text from the manager telling me they found the card later that night, but it had already been canceled. She told me that they would email a credit and that they were sorry, but I have not received anything yet.
OVERALL: They lost my credit card, did not seem to be sorry about it. Told me to go cancel it like it was not a big issue. Promised credit-have not received...
Read moreI'm so sorry to say, I completely do not understand these reviews. My son looked this place up prior to coming and hes usually dead on and picks the best places to eat. Not this time! We ordered multiple dishes as we were a party of 6 celebrating a birthday. We ordered a Margarita pizza for the table and needless to say it was lackluster at best. It was undercooked had 0 flavor and one basil leaf in the center of the pizza? Nothing but cheese and sauce with no flavor so disappointing. The lasagna was very basic (27$) honestly way to mooshy with no detectable cheese layers. We also ordered a garlic bread for the table which was really just French bread with a bunch of mozzarella cheese on top again no flavor. (Texas toast would have been better) My son got the chicken masala which he said was good.. My daughter got some kind of chicken pasta which she said tasted like Barilla noodles. Salmon salad was good my friend said. Honestly, at this price point I'm confused the tab was 200$ and no alcoholic beverages were ordered. I'm an honest person so I do not leave this review lightly. I typically only leave really good or really bad reviews. Rating scale 2 of 10. Olive garden would have been better and at probably less than half the price :( Next time someone wants Italian we'll stick with North Italia. Read moreI used to love this place for the food and friendly wait staff but after tonight's experience, I am thoroughly disappointed. Extremely poor service tonight of all night's... Valentine's Day. Upon arriving promptly at our reservation time, we waited nearly 20 minutes to be seated, something I often let slide. But tonight, we also waited an hour for our entrees... perhaps it would have been longer if we had not flagged someone down. Our server was nowhere to be found, we had to flag another staff member down. There seemed to be a lot of confusion... did our server forget to put our order in?? It got sorted and we waited maybe another 15-20 minutes for our entrees and lo and behold, our server finally made an appearance to let us know our dinner would arrive soon. The Manager came over to settle the situation, however her demeanor was unapologetic. It's Valentine's Day night... you should have had a full staff and pulled out all the stops for your patrons.
