My overall experience from this shop was extremely unprofessional on the owner & employees part. From the minute we walked in the atmosphere was judgmental, which should’ve been a sign to take our business elsewhere. I have never felt more disrespected or belittled by a place in my life. Shopping for a bridesmaids dress should be a very fun and exciting experience and that is NOT at all what we received. From picking out the dresses to ordering them there was a strong sense of un-organization with how they conduct their business. We came in 5 months before the wedding, which I will admit was probably poor planning on our part, although none of the employees informed us this would be an issue with ordering the dresses to receive them on time. When they did arrive it was a month before the wedding date, and 2 of the 3 dresses we ordered were the wrong size that was measured on the purchased date. When they didn’t fit the lady helping us went on to make very unprofessional and extremely rude remarks toward us when it was clearly their fault the dresses didn't fit. They blamed us for the dresses being “unable to be altered on time” and even tried to get us to pay a fee to rush the alterations. Which was not ever told to us before hand as a “what if” situation. Absolutely ridiculous if I say so myself. At the end of the day we got the dresses altered without paying the extra fee, but both dresses were still on the tighter side and one had a tear down the side bust area. ok I am not in the habbit of even posting reveiws however , my best freind who has just got engaged recently ,went into weddings A-z recently and i was astounded at the rude treatment she received , firstly i understsnd the importance of making an appoint,ment but the owner said and i quote "let her fend for herself "and noone would even lace up the dresses she was left to put them on alone .,then she over head the ladies saying "is she walking around in a robe"well yes she was because noone would help her , lastly there were some ladies of african american decent in the store my freind overheard one of the ladies say "oh my god they are i agree with asking for such huge shoes , now i think this is unacceptable behavior and i would suddgest you rethink buying the perfect dress for your special day from people that care not for your feelings obviously im shocked , that in our small christian community of tyler smith co, people would aact this way arent we the public the ones thst pay the bills of small local biz owners,its about time they act like they appriciate our biz and tthe owner says in a fore mentioned comment that she was surprised about a negative reveiw ha!!!!!!!!!!!!! heres a tip yoiu are not better than anyone lady nor your rude cronies that work for you ill be sure i revisit this store verry soon and looks can be deceiveing so ill be posting a later comment to let everyone know if the service changed i agree with haley i would give 0 stars but thats...

This place is so unprofessional and RUDE. I have never left a review at any store or restaurant even though I’ve had bad experiences.. I’ve never felt more disrespected by a personal owned store. You would think owning your own business you would treat customers with perfect service but no this was far from that. The owner was snooty and didn’t greet us with a smile the minute we walked in the door and that is not how you should treat someone choosing your store that you OWN to purchase bridesmaid dresses from YOU. I can’t believe we even wasted our money on such terrible customer service and disrespect. You would think owning a wedding/prom/special occasion dress shop that the owners and workers would be happy, excited and positive for you because this is such a special and fun time for you. I’m glad I didn’t buy my wedding dress here but I feel so bad that my sisters and bestfriend had to feel belittled for shopping here. The OWNER made fun of my sister because she ordered the wrong size (size 0 when she measured a 4) she told my sister “girl you must’ve gained some weight since last time” are you kidding me?!! Who says that?? An OWNER?? There are other remarks the lady said and the inconvenience she brought onto us with our whole dress shopping experience.
