The first time experience was mehhhhh . The pricing is reasonable for me personally. I just got my hair braided and three braids gave already fallen out for me . I just don't understand how three people can be on my head all at the same time and it still take almost seven hours to do box braids ? I arrived and 10 a.m. and left a few minutes before 6 p.m. to me that is kind of questionable . They also talked amongst themselves about customers and how they looked . It made me kind of uncomfortable . Instead of just braiding my hair the girl had to stop, eat , leave , come back again . Everytime she got a text or call she would completely stop and forget about me . She was playing music on her phone and she had to stop and change the song every five seconds which was annoying . The customer service needs quite some work . I probably will come back because of pricing but I am going to ask for Patricia because she braids fast and very neatly . She's also nice and funny with a great personality . The braiders are too heavy on some people's head . They need to understand that not everyone is the same . I was a walk in by the way . No need in making appointments because they forget about the appointments they make . Don't let my review discourage you . I have gotten lots of compliments on my hair...

Went in team mobile, purchased phone new 4 months ago keep shutting off. Was told this is what that phone does and purchase a new one. If I had brought a warranty I would still have to pay almost full price for a new one. So they sell phones that are not good so you have to come back and buy another. And one guy was there stated he had just brought a phone a week before and when returned was told he has to purchase another that he couldn't get another for prorated. Dirty! The whole shopping center feels dirty! Panhandling on the sidewalk, in the parking lot, and in front of the stores. Dollar Store is dirty and cluttered. Star College is not laid out very well. Metro PCS is ok but not much selection and they often don't have things they advertise. Little Caesars has employees who go from register to food handling with bare hands that they don't wash! Some young male employees using profanity while flirting with female employees and were ignoring customers. They only stay in business bc of price and convenience. None of these stores would make it...
