I found this place online at the corner of Erwin and S College St, just off the downtown Tyler Tx square. When you walk inside, you realize what a cool historic building it is! It is very nice, clean, and well decorated! The owner and his wife are wonderfully kind and helpful, and they take great care when preparing the meals. The owner said they buy their food from local farming sources as often as they can! I ordered the Ranchero Omelette. It had chorizo, peppers, onions, tomatoes and a generous amount of delicious cheese inside that melted perfectly! It was garnished with tomato and avocado slices, and two pieces of whole wheat toast! Read moreDisappointed!! I broke Keto for this meal and it was my first sit-down meal since the virus. First of all, there are no chips and salsa- those are $2.50. The waiter was dry and had no personality. The food was decent I would give it a 6/10.
What really irritated me and I as I was trying to support a small local business -the 2 little containers of cheese on the table were a $1 extra which I was not told until I checked out. You can see the cheese on top of the beans might as well not have been there.
