This place can not get more than one star.
I went in for a winter maintenance and came out with a tire/wheel that wasn't fastened properly and fell off on Rt 22. I was stuck on the turn around and damaged my right braking system along with fender, door and a-pillar damage.
I should have known this place wasn't good when I asked about my rear drum brakes and one of the service guys says that the technician didn't know how to remove the drum brake cover. I proceeded to ask that isn't that part of his job description to diagnose issues with the cars, including brakes? The service guy said that only a certified mechanic could do that but none were in. Sounds weird as they are a car service center.
After almost 2 hours waiting for a flat bed, I went back to the service center. The manager there said they would fix everything but had to wait till the next day to order the parts. Although, they did switch both left and right front calipers, rotors and pads my truck now has a wobble around 60 mph that it didn't have before.
Also, the body damage had to go to another shop to get fixed. I had to wait 2+ weeks before getting an apt b/c the AAA service guy went on vacation and didn't order my fender until he returned.
In any case, needless to say I wouldn't...
Read moreI think the customer service needs attention. My fiancé and I went to this location to get some information on travel for our honeymoon. Upon entering the facility, a young lady greeted us, had us sign in and asked us to take a seat in the waiting area and said someone will be right with us.
So we sit in the waiting area and in the travel section, we see two associates. One older bald gentlemen who was scrolling through a news site or article of some kind on his computer (screen was 100% visible) and another older woman sitting behind him organizing some papers. Neither the lady or the gentlemen greeted us or offered to help us. In fact the woman looked at me and then proceeded to walk to the other gentlemen's desk, sit down and have a whole conversation about her daughter and her travel plans for the holiday. After that, she got up, went back to her desk and never once acknowledged that we were there.
My fiancé and I are both AAA members and have been for several years and this is obsurd to walk into an establishment and be overlooked in that manner. A change needs to happen...
Read moreI went on Saturday for a basic oil change scheduled at 9AM. When I made the appointment, I was told this should take about 45 min or so.
I found the technician (not sure if correct title) who greeting and set me up very friendly and helpful. I hung out at the lounge, which is very comfortable and nice.
At 10:50AM, almost 2 hours later, I went to the technician to ask why this was taking so long. I saw my car being pulled out and he informed me that they had some people call out.
I wish they would've came out and let me know they were delayed as I had my morning planned and being there that extra hour threw off my schedule as well as my appetite.
I'll definitely go there for my next oil change since I liked all the employees I interacted with, the atmosphere, and the service, but if it takes 2 hours again, it won't be worth it for me to go there for a basic oil change. It's...
