I had an amazing experience at the Mattress Gallery inside PC Richard & Son in Union, NJ. The showroom is beautiful, with a wide selection of only real quality brands—you can immediately tell they don’t cut corners.

I am very disappointed!! And it is upsetting! I was lied too, in order to make a sale! I purchased a dishwasher last Saturday Mr. Willi the sale Rep assured me, that the unit was going to be delivered on Saturday the 18, today! I couldn't get through the delivery tracking system and it closed at 2pm. When I called the store I was told then that the unit was going to received at their warehouse if lucky at the end of the month!!!! Who knows now, at this point when I will get it! I strongly believe that I was lied too, to secure the sale. It is really unacceptable. This is bad practice, you are abusing the consumer! I will never speak and refer PC Richard in nice...

A Tv they refused to repair or replaced with a 2 yr warranty. Not to long ago I brought a 50 inch Tv. The salesman decided to open the box pulls out the TV from the box and snap a picture while the Tv was on. I was confused at first but I ignored the the sign. I took the TV home and a few days later the TV went blank. I returned the Tv back and they refused to replace or repaired the TV. Little did I know the the TV was a refurbished. I should of went with my instinct and refused to buy the TV. Never let the salesman a picture of the the TV if it's new. I will not recommend anyone to buy...
