Love at First Sight 3D 4D Ultrasound New Jersey — Attraction in Union

This is my 3rd and hopefully final pregnancy. With both of my other pregnancies I've had 3d/4d ultrasound images taken. But they cant evn begin to compare to the experience I had this time around at Love At First Sight on Morris Ave.

This experience was the best of the best. As soon as I walked through the door I was offer freshed baked cookies and water. The place was so nicely decorated, that it made me feel at home such beautiful decals and frames. My husband was holding our 18 month old son who had fallen asleep in our car. The receptionist was so kind she opened the door and allowed our on to sleep on this wonderful couch. So my husband was able to enjoy the experience as well.

The room where my ultrasound was done was big, comfortable and very clean. There was a huge TV. in front of the couch so all my visitors could sit and watch as the ultrasound was being done without crowding me or the tech. Which is a huge plus, not to mention I also had a TV in front of me so I could see my baby girl clearly.

Now to talk about the tech. she was such a lovely person. very well spoken, polite, kind, and very patient as my daughter wanted to hide. She took her time and made sure to get some of the best images I have had. She took the time to explain what everything was how it looked and even went on to compare with my other children who she would come out looking like.

This was by far the best experience I've had in ultrasounds. And not to mention they are not at all over priced. Everywhere else wanted a little more for a lot less then what I got.

My wife and I booked the next available reservation, about a week out. We flew into town to visit family and we really wanted to have them see the baby since don’t live in the state.

The morning of the scheduled appointment, one of the techs had a family emergency. That is a very understandable situation but they don’t have any other technicians staffed here. We spent the entire week waiting for the appointment just to have it canceled last minute. They sent an email from an email address that wasn’t from the company and it was addressed to someone else. It wasn’t even our name. We thought it was a scam email so we decided to go to the office directly to inquire about the cancellation. No one was there at this 24 hour location and no one answered the office number.

I ended up calling the number of the email and someone picked up and explained that there was a family emergency and the “other staff” is active duty so she is let here. My wife and I are active duty as well but they should hire additional staff to fill in when people aren’t there. You can’t just rely on one person, that’s bad business practices.

There aren’t any other places around that have space for us to see the baby with my family. We aren’t upset about the whole emergency thing but how do you only have one staff member working here and you advertise 24 hour service.

Customers beware of putting all your eggs in one basket if you are short on time and expect these people to be professional. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I do not recommend them for...

my husband and i are so pleased with love at first sight 3d!! we first went at 16 weeks so their last office and found out we were having a boy! we were so happy with them we decided to return (to their new location) for a 3D/4D look at him in my 3rd trimester. our little man was not cooperative at all. they were extremely patient and took their time even though he had his hands and feet in his face the entire time!! they told us to come back because we didn't get any good pictures. on our second visit, the baby was in breech position so we saw very little again! they still spent the full time trying to get good pictures, but told us to come back again (which we were very happy about).

today was our third visit and got great pictures!! we are so happy and grateful they let us come back so many times (free of charge) until we got great pictures! their office is welcoming and comfortable. it even has toys for young kids (we brought our 3 yr old daughter) to occupy them. comfy couch for family members with a big tv for them and a personal tv by mom to watch. they even offer juice and cookies to get your little one moving if they're being sleepy! the staff was always so helpful and friendly! they went above and beyond to help us get amazing pictures of our little guy. we highly recommend them for your...
