I don't know how this place stays in business? I don't think I have ever gone to the Brick, NJ location on Drum Point and was able to get what I want. The rude couple that runs the place never have any of the advertised flavors or special topping/mixes. While they don't have what I want or what Carvel advertised they are supposed to have on any given night they seem to go above and beyond when it's BOGO "mysteriously" not having something they had the day before or after. I only go there at the request of my family as if I'm choosing where to go for ice cream it's pretty much anywhere but this Carvel. I would rather drive further to Rita's, Sundaes, Yellow Brick or Hoffman's as I've never been told "we don't have that" at any of those parlors. I have given many ratings for businesses on Google and never have I given such a poor rating to a business but after 6 years of disappointment from this place I don't feel remotely bad as they have more...
