KFC — Restaurant in Brick Township

I have always wanted to try KFC for many years. And when I finally got the chance to finally try KFC, my experience was less then stellar. I was at the window ordering my food when I was told KFCHICKEN ran out of fried chicken and was in the 6 minute process of making more. What are you doing at a chicken restaurant if you're not making chicken? I had wait for 15+ minutes until I finally had my food. Nonetheless, I was excited to have kfc for the first time. I was craving crispy chicken. Upon my first bite into the chicken piece I had in hand, I was horrified and disgusted at the food! These people do NOT clean the chicken before breading it and frying it! It had all veins, chicken blubber and slime underneath the breading. I right away opened apart my other 7 pieces of chicken just to realize they were all unclean and disgusting. I swiftly swiped away the chicken piece from my husbands hand and my daughters and put in the back in the trash can shaped bucket and rightfully into my kitchen trash can. I wasted $28.76 just to put my health and my family's health at risk. I put one star, just so I could put how I felt about my experience today, I bought the 4 piece combo meal and my friend bought the 5 dollar fill up box she didn’t receive a cookie, and I waited about 15 min for the 3 employees to come back to the counter to give me a cup, this was after I paid. It was pretty rude they didn’t really acknowledge their customers . Just talking to each other, there was another customer there and he even had to try to get their attention. Also I want to say I was disappointed on the small mashed potato container I believe last time I ordered at this place I got a decent amount along with a friendly experience and one more piece of chicken out of kindness. I never had a problem with this store till today with the 2 pm crew of two guys and one female that clearly weren’t on there mark at work today. I was there a year ago and the staff made a point of keeping the stock turnover high and fresh. If I am not mistaken at that time they were all Indian or Pakistani or something. This time the staff was all Latino. Very unfriendly.

I was there for a lunch at just after 1PM. They had full bins of chicken prepared but apparently it had been there since the time they opened up in the morning. There was only one other customer when I went in until I left a half hour later.

My lunch was totally indigestible, old, stale, cold chicken and tired, cold flavorless dried out potato wedges. Completely disgusting. YUK!

If I wasn't so tired and nursing a toothache I would have gone the whole route and gotten a manager involved. Too late. They have lost me FOREVER. There is no excuse for terrible food. I will make my own damn lunch...
