Saver yourself the time an hassle and go somewhere else to buy appliances. When buying the appliances , everyone is at your beck and call and ready to help you but after that you're basically on your own. I purchased three appliances at this location (dryer, washer, and dish washer). Waited two weeks for the delivery and instillation of theses appliances and could not be more disappointed. It was promised that all three machines would be installed on the same day just to be told the day before that only the washer and dryer would be installed that day and then the dishwasher would be installed the following day because of some sort of license that they were missing. I had to miss two days of work ! They only provide you with a three hour delivery window the day before the delivery or installation. The day of the installation for the washer and dryer came and they were not able to install because it was never told to us that a stocking kit was necessary for that type of dryer and washer. I called home depot and was told that they did not know that a stocking kit was necessary for us. the following day when the dishwasher was suppose to be installed, that also did not happen because the dishwasher came BROKEN. It had been most likely dropped and was all dented and missing one of the knobs for the settings. I once again called home depot and was told that WE should have opened the box before the delivery man left. As an employee that is supposed to be in charge of expensive appliances they should have checked if all appliances were undamaged instead of being in a rush to leave. I was also told that I had to repack the machines myself for them to be ready to just pickup. I told them that was not possible because if i removed the dishwasher from its spot, i would not have water in my sink until the next time that they would be able to come install again. I was told that i had to place the order for the stocking kit and then call back to have it installed. Bottom line is that it has been a month since I placed my order and I still have no appliances installed and still going back and forth with home depots customer service. So please save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.
