Very well taken care place specially for women like my auntie in the picture who really need to be taken care of she is concerned about throughout our family the Johnson’s and William’s , I really miss being around my auntie so much im so used to her calling me saying dada can you take me to shop rite she so joyful and very peaceful at times she’s truly has love ones within our entire family me and my oldest sister we we’re her babies. My auntie just need to have a little more control and know how to control her outside voice while speaking to another but rephrase the topic because she’s very calm until she’s noticed something she did wrong or something went wrong. I have a lot of faith in my auntie my grandfather Sister who cares for her so much every time i see him or talk to him he tell me about my auntie or how she’s doing sometimes he may say she doing ok sometimes my grandfather may say she’s not doing to good which either mean she either is in an hospital or nursing home. Which isn’t good so I just pray for my Auntie Robbie Petty that she makes it back home stronger tell my auntie Dada said he love her and I will call her she know I go to school so yeah but she cared about us a lot between me and my sister Felicia Williams my name is Sean Johnson Williams I try to come up there to see her every chance i receive so that she see me just want her to know Im ok. Im her nephew sin Sean Im a Jr to the Johnson family just please make sure my auntie is well and ok to exit and discharge nice clothing stuff like that haven’t seen my auntie in things like that her hair needs to be done also tell her lil sean, dada said...
Read moreStay AWAY!!!! January 2024 experience. I give a 2 because the facility was clean and there seemed to be good offerings of activities and services (beauty salon).
The care team is horrible! They seem confused and incompetent when you ask questions on patients vital recordings, medications and just the overall attention to care. It's definitely not a good facility if your loved one needs acute physical therapy and attention. After being there 3 days they didn't seem to have a handle on tracking and recording patient's care (proven when paramedics came and asked questions). My mom's condition declined after being there only 2 days and I had to point that out to them (breathing complications and swollen feet). The service was so bad that I was asked "if I would be there over the weekend to monitor my mom because they weren't confident of the level of service from their weekend staff." I asked them to send her to the hospital and they lied about calling the paramedics (they needed time to update her records after being there 3 days). I ended up calling 911 myself and I'm glad that I did. Mom came out of there with pneumonia and My mom is better and on the road...
Read moreAwesome place! After trying to get my uncle situated in a clean, courteous, respectful, and attentive place! I am so impressed!! Ms. Velma, I'm not sure what her title is, is truly a blessing! My uncle was so refreshed, clean, and his skin was so smooth. His diaper was dry and his fingernails were clean! She also did a room entry at least twice to check on him while I was there. She even came in to say goodnight to him when her shift was over. Thank you, Ms. Velma! From the bottom of my heart.
He says that he feels so much better, opposed to the previous facility (Alaris Cedar Grove☠️). The nurses make themselves available for any assistance or questions you may have. They answer you frustationless, and with a delighted attitude, despite the fact that they have so many other residents. The place is so clean and everyone is so polite! Even the front desk clerks have great hospitality tendencies; Always... I'm forever thankful for this place. I was losing hope. Again, We, (my family), can't thank...
