I am writing this letter because I feel like if I don't Then I will live with a lifetime of regret that I did not tell you my story.

In December of 2019 I was in the middle of a 5 car pile up on north 30th coming down the hill with one car was to blame which was a minivan that came over the top of the Hill and crushed all of us totalling my Volvo XC90 which is not an easy thing to do. In this accident I had my seatbelt crush my right breast which had an implant which was placed in 2007 so I came to your clinic on referral from Lisa 1 of your employees and saw doctor Patel who she recommended and who I think is a exceptional doctor with exceptional credentials however this is how my story went and why I am deformed today.

I had 3 surgeries by doctor Patel in 2020/ 21 on the same breast due to an infection that most likely occurred in the operating room which I believe I was the last patient before everything got shut down for covid

I have a substantial history of surgeries both elective and non elective I've been a serious athlete my whole life. and in all of those surgeries I've NEVER had an infection occur and my medical records will show that.

I am also a medical professional and extremely understanding of the protocol for pre-and post op. In my conversation with him before he was willing to see me After hours I straight told him I am dying whatever this is is killing me otherwise I would not have been seen after hours.

The day after my surgery I felt different than ever before and within a couple of days I was contacting doctor Patel about my concerns that something was not right... After pushing the issue he was willing to see me in his office in University Place on a Friday evening I believe and when he saw it he knew something was wrong and he draped me. As he placed a small incision in the surgical site to check the integrity of the surgery a massive amount of infection goo came pouring out of my chest onto the draping he quickly said that I needed to go into emergency surgery to have the breast and infection removed. I was terrified I was in shock and I was also very sick physically the infection had taken ahold on me for several days. We got into emergency surgery where he cleaned out the cavity of the infection I was charged for that emergency surgery for the anesthesiology anesthesiology all of which baffled me because I would think that my original surgery would be backed by some kind of Protection for me in this situation that did not seem to be the case by the end of this long ordeal and I won't go into glory details but I went under the knife 3 times and I was 3 × 4 some of the fees involved. doctor Patel said to correct my breast I would have to have another surgery because my current implant never adhesed with my mile fasha and it's just floating around in that tissue to this day It's very painful everyday the incision site is d* near ready to open up everyday I have to Be careful because that area literally feels like it could tear open. I don't know how this could be brushed off I don't understand how I can be left deformed with 1 breast 2 inches below the other and nobody bothered to try to make this correct and why it comes out of my pocket I have no idea. I have gone to cascade eye and skin since I was young and I am 54 years old and I'm very heartbroken that this is how things are being managed.

Very deceitful business. I went in last year for surgeries Cascade Eye & Skin stated my insurance would 100% cover, only to receive a threat to be sent to collections almost a year later. Not once did they mention any co-pay I owed them for the office visit as well. In February of 2020; a representative even called me to confirm my mailing address, but still no mention of anything regarding billing. In April of 2020 I received a letter threatening me to be sent to collections for a balance of over $900 I supposedly owed to Cascade Eye & Skin Centers. I contacted their office and spoke with Nicole as well whom removed fees they tacked on after my insurance spoke to them and she promised I only owed the $791 plus the $34.80 from the pathology department. I started a payment plan as I didn’t want to be sent to collections, but they never sent me anything in the mail nor contacted me besides that surprise bill. As of October 8th, 2020 I have paid a total of $590 out of the $826 total balance I owed, which would leave a remaining balance of $236. But when I called this week and spoke with the first representative at the Cascade office in UP, she stated I still owed $496 and hung up. It didn’t make sense to me, so after doing the math, I called back and spoke with a Renee and after a while she figured out the website they have been emailing me to make payments had been “losing” several payments and not being applied. After I sent her proof of receipts and transaction history from my bank, she then called me back and stated I still owe $286 because of a $50 fee they didn’t charge me on April of 2019!!!...one of the fees Nicole supposedly removed from my total balance. So they have decided to tack on more fees and are trying to figure out more ways to get more money. First, they were deceitful in making me go thru with the surgeries because they stated my insurance would cover 100% of the cost, then they “mistakenly” entered my address wrong and decided to surprise bill me to collections. They supposedly removed fees and then tacked them on again and are “losing” money from customers. If you use the site they send called Phreesia, stop using it and I would verify all your transactions. If I wouldn’t have noticed, they would of over charged me by over $200. I asked Renee to email me confirmation of the information and balances we went thru and she refused. I also asked Renee to let her manager; which she mentioned her name is Amy, to call me to speak on this matter and I’m sure she didn’t pass on the message as I haven’t received no call yet. I will definitely never use this shady...

Please don’t waste your time & come here. I made an appointment here because Dermatology Clinic at Harborview couldn’t see me until December. I am on the look for a new dermatologist because the doctor I’ve been previously seeing is no longer practicing. I have scalp psoriasis which I have been diagnosed with before. I've been given a solution that works for me. I know I can't get rid of my scalp psoriasis. My concern for wanting to see a dermatologist was because my neck is having these weird spots, I think the psoriasis is spreading down to my neck. So reason #1 is to see what's going on with my neck, is there anything I can do to control it from getting worse? Reason #2 get a refill prescription for Clobetasol. When I called on Monday, they had a cancellation for Thursday. I took the appointment. I asked approximately how long the appointment should take, they told me to plan for an hour. I requested time off work because I thought this appointment would take that long. I check in for my appointment at my appointment time(maybe even a few minutes earlier), sit in the waiting area for about 5-10 minutes, got called back by the medical assistant, she was taking notes & asking me why I'm coming in today, then the doctor came in.. & I kid you not, the doctor was in the room for 3 MINUTES MAX!! She took a look at my scalp & said I have scalp psoriasis, there's no cure for it. She will prescribe me Clobetasol, use it & come back in 2 months. I told her my concern is my neck, I feel like it's spreading. She basically said it's bound to happen. There isn't anything we can do.. she didn't even take a look at my neck. She then left the room.. I'm still concern.. so I let the medical assistant know I'm here because of my neck & I pull out my phone to show pictures to the medical assistant. I can tell the medical assistant knew I'm still concern & this doctor didn't properly address my concern so she then just says what the doctor said earlier. Anyways, my appointment is over & done with. I am out the office & in my car 26 minutes from my appointment time. I have called the operating manager multiple times, left 2 voicemails since Thursday. Today is Tuesday, which is two full business days & I still haven't heard anything back from anyone.. This place is just operated horribly. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here. I'm sure I'll hear from them once they have my bill generated for the doctor seeing me for 3 minutes! I’m back at square one since this appointment didn’t do anything but...
