This place loves to waste time of their clients. I had read a good number of reviews stating that they have turned away patients because they aren’t “good candidates” for whatever it was they were being seen for, which is a little odd to see in reviews. And if that happens a few times, it’s understandable. But it happened to me as well, and my face is in no way botched or heavily altered. It seems to be a heavy theme at this practice. I’ve seen other great practitioners who have never once told me I would be unfit for any type of aesthetic procedure at all, and that’s what I was told yesterday. I think it’s likely they don’t like to use their injectable products at a discounted price, so if you have a Groupon or any lower cost service, that may be the reason this keeps happening... But then don’t offer discounted services. The practitioner could have offered some other service she felt would fit for me, but that didn’t happen. Instead, she spoke down to me as though I am a child (in my late 30s) and wasted my time. Everyone’s time is valuable, and people take off work and such to make these appointments. And although they refunded my purchase cost, two and a half hours of a busy Thursday wasted for no reason. I’m sure Irina would not have appreciated a client coming in and wasting two and a half hours if she weren’t being paid for it. If you’re going to regularly turn down clients, then ask them to send in photos and what they’re looking to do BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT. Will not be returning, and I advise anyone else not waste their time...
Read moreI am 35 years old. I used to have very good skin until some traumatic things happened to me in the last 5 years, leaving it wrinkled and aged . I decided to give Botox and filler a try because I just wanted to feel better about the way I looked and be able to leave my house without spending hours on my makeup. I chose En Vogue Medi Spa because I had a Groupon but honestly I feel lucky that this was the place I ended up! I will be back!! I live 45 minutes away and I don’t mind the drive for the quality of service! The staff is very kind and very knowledgeable! You can ask questions over the phone . This was my first time ever getting this done so I had a lot of questions. I was very nervous when it came tome for my appointment. However, Irina made me feel so comfortable! Irina is a true artist! She is kind ! She is just a beautiful person inside and out. She did to my face exactly what needed to be done. Took care of what I thought needed to be taken care of. When she was done I looked at myself and felt a confidence I hadn’t felt since I was in my 20’s. I have not worn makeup since I got my filler/Botox, besides eye liner mascara. My whole face routine went from over an hour to under 5 minutes ! Irina...
Read moreMy experience with this medical sap is so bad. My friend told me that they offer a coupon for Botox and Dysport and she highly recommended. Unfortunately I won’t recommend this place cause I feel I’ve been scammed. First I called to make an appointment and the lady I spoke with told me not to buy the coupon but to come to the spa, show her a screenshot of the coupon and she’ll match the price. When I came I filled out all the paperwork and the nurse worked on me. When I walked out to pay and showed my Groupon she told me that I got Botox injected and that the coupon that I have is only for dysport. I got mad cause the price of the Botox is way more higher and way more than I expected to pay. When I complained about the situation and I asked why the nurse didn’t ask me what kind of protein I wanted to inject they had no answer. I told the stuff at the reception that it’s a scam cause any time I visit a med spa for my injections they’re telling me the price of each protein and asking me which one I want to get. I was sure they knew I’m getting dysport cause I said it over the phone. I ended up paying $400 when my coupon was $160 for 50 units of dysport. I was so upset especially when the stuff wasn’t...
