Our son's birthday party was here recently...while the kids had a blast...there were other things that left us feeling not pleased. After talking to someone on the phone to book the party, they ensured us they had military discount. I asked, even for parties? Yes for parties as well. Then reassured multiple times, they did for parties. When it came time to check out. Nope nothing. That's part of the reason why we came, was because they offered one and other places don't. The lady at the front of the counter was very rude, even after telling her what had happened with the phone conversation, she did nothing to even try to make it right. Highly disappointed in the customer service and lack of training. Also, with training, there were workers that were out on the trampolines that looked like they had no clue what they were doing. One kid was bawling crying (looked like he was looking for his mom), and the worker just started at him. Other than that, no wonder why they definitely need those waivers signed. The dodge ball area is a MESS! You have grown adults mixed in with younger kids (roughly age 8+). The adults are just drilling the ball across, not even caring that there are little ones in there. One little girl got drilled in the side of the face. Really? Not appropriate. There needs to be some control with that. Not to mention the fact that my husband got yelled at by an employee b/c our 3 year old ran across a trampoline that's in the middle, that isn't for kids his size. Then proceeded to be grilled about where he should be. He's 3....3!!! Kind of hard to contain that when there's so much excitement but we try. Needless to say...while it's fun for the kids...I'm less than impressed with customer service, lack of seating, staff,...
Read moreI would rate this 0 stars if I could. I just had my sons birthday party there today and it was a HOT mess. First of all... they told me to get there 15 minutes early to get stuff set up.. no one greeted us for 10 minutes so our guests were showing up when we didn't have the party room available. Then when we were checking in the guests (why because they had already filled out a waiver before hands) that was a nightmare. There were kids that showed up on my sons guest list that I had no clue who they were and our "party attendent" said to make sure they don't charge me for them... uhm, why are they even on our list? We had problems checking some of our guests in because they told us that I sent out invitations with the Texas location on it... that's funny because I printed out the party invitation that was provided online for the Des Moines location and one of our guests had the invitation in her purse and proved them wrong. Our "party attendant" was everyone else's and this iPad check in is the slowest check in process ever and took away 40 minutes of jump time. When it came time for pizza, they only brought two pizzas when I had ordered 4 so our guests were starving. They had told me they had stuff to cut the cake- nope. It wa an awful experience. The staff is rude and immature. I will be warning others not to go there and I won't...
Read moreVery disappointed with my recent experience here today. I ordered tickets online 3 hours in advance because their website said “reserve a time” so we get there at the reserved time of 12-1 thinking that we could easily get squared away and be able to start jumping at that time, no. There was a huge line when we arrived and I kindly asked that if I made a reservation, do we still have to wait in this line and with a snippy attitude, the girl at the register asked “what do you mean reservation” and I said well I got tickets online and she snapped “no you have to wait” I chose that specific time because I only had my nanny kids for an hour and wanted them to get a full hour of jumping but instead we had to wait in line for like 30 minutes and they only got 25-30 minutes of jumping time. Not pleased. I get that it’s busy and there’s only 2 workers but please hire on more staff for busier times during the day and maybe incorporate something that if someone reserves a time to jump online in advance then we should be able to walk in, scan something, and be on our way instead of waiting in huge lines behind people that didn’t pay for tickets in advance. What’s the point of doing all of that online prior if it’s not going to be honored...
