Hyper Energy Bar — Restaurant in Urbandale

I love Hyper energy drinks so much that I would probably be there multiple times a week if I had the time! The drinks are a perfect morning or afternoon "pick-me-up," and the staff is always so friendly at this location! Shout out to all the staff at Hyper! The only thing keeping me from visiting more often is the amount of time it takes to get through the drive through. I have to be 100% certain that I have no timely obligations when I enter that drive through because it could be 20+ minutes if there 2 cars ahead. I wish there was an option to order to avoid this. I also wish there was a way to exit the drive through if you get in line and it is moving much slower than anticipated. I have gotten stuck in the drive through for a lengthy period of time without being able to leave, which has since deterred me from getting in line again if I am not the only car at the window. We got a coupon in the mail for this location for their opening and decided to check it. My kiddo was excited as she's tried other locations with friends. We chose to walk up since we'd never been and didn't want to hold up a line in the drive through. The person at the window was so friendly and helpful! She let us know that she could make just about anything if we wanted.

We frequent this location and always get amazing service and quality drinks! I get coffee a lot, and that's better than some of the local coffee shops when it's not even their focus. All of the energistas are great, but the manager is irreplaceable. She always has a smile on her face and is full of energy, even when we've pulled up right after opening and she remembers details about us, always asks how our son is doing, and even remembered that he had a surgery and asked how he was healing. You just don't get service like this at other coffee/caffeine bars...
