The UPS Store — Attraction in Vacaville

I have rented a mailbox at this UPS Store for several years and have had such a great experience with everyone at the store. Nha and everyone working there are the friendliest people I have met - at ANY business - and the customer service they provide to me and all of their customers is absolutely fantastic. Everyone there is also extremely knowledgeable and efficient in what they do, and their expertise in all things shipping and printing, etc., along with the superior customer service they provide, makes this by far the best UPS or FedEx Store I have ever used, and by far the best UPS Store in the entire area. Even though I live and work in the Bay Area, I decided to keep my mailbox at this store because of how friendly and helpful everyone is there. It has definitely been worth the time and effort to make the drive to Vacaville to pick up my mail and for all other printing and mailing services I need, based on my great experience with everyone and everything at this store. We recently started my own family business and needed 500 Brochures Color Trifold as well as 100 Handouts color double sided to use for my marketing. We had a business meeting coming up and needed it very soon. We shopped around in Fed Ex which was the most expensive and they actually don't print at the store but had to place order to another department somewhere in US. We then went to Staples where we are a Business Member. Even with our discount they couldn't beat the price that UPS offered me. Plus it would take them 7-10 business days to deliver. Lastly, I checked Vistaprint online whose price was competitive to UPS. However, for expedite delivery there was an extra charge plus tax. The price I got from UPS beat everyone. The owners are the most kind-hearted and hard-working couple. Nha and his wife Chau own and operate this UPS store. They are there every day to make sure that their customers have the best care possible. They are always friendly and happy, even during the busiest times of the year. I have been using their mail box and package delivery service for almost two years. There is 24 access to the mail box by key access. I have also been able to pick up my large packages after hours by calling ahead and having them set my package aside. I have multiple large packages being delivered every week, and they always ask me if I need assistance with getting them to my car. I have also utilized their faxing and notary services, and have been pleased with the pricing and help that Nha, Chau, and their staff are able to provide.
