I absolutely enjoyed my experience with Mattress Firm all together. They really understand the customers needs and when things go south (like not being able to afford the bed you want) they help you find an alternative that still meets your needs and your price. They are very understanding especially since it was my first time ever buying a bed. I really love how I was able to get the bed the same day and that they will be delivering my adjustable bed frame for free and within a decent amount of time. This company or organization is a 10 out of 10 and would recommend it to anyone and everyone for all people to enjoy the experience I had. Mattress Firm adequately helps first time customers and breaks down the understanding of the beds, prices, the application (for making the payments) and even breaks down the brands of the beds for you like where they get their inspiration from and why it is the right bed for me. For over a year I have been sleeping on a cott bed and these past 3 nights I have gotten the best sleep of my entire like and wake up feeling energized. So me and my fiance went to the Mattress Firm in the Nut Tree Plaza and didn't have the greatest experience. It felt like there was more focus on selling a product than the customers needs for comfort. However that changed when we went and talked with Antonio, who was just so amazing that he was more interested in our sleep than in making a big sale. He wanted to make sure that our needs we're met. He even showed us the difference between each mattress and how it will help our sleep and comfort. The details we were given about the mattresses were outstanding. We were there for a whole hour and finally found the perfect mattress. When did come time for a price, instead of rushing into it, he recommended different ways for financing and told us to come back when we were ready. That was on October 18th and now, on November 16th, me and my fiance came in and met RJ who was so proud to hear of our amazing time with Antonio, who as it turned out, was trained by RJ. If I had to rate the store, it would be a 9/10 for it's smaller size. However, I would rate the staff (especially Antonio and RJ) as a WHOPPING 11/10. What an unexpected surprise! We had avoided mattress hunting for months. Our first stop was the Nut Tree Mattress Firm and so glad we did. Kashif was our “sleep expert” and made mattress searching highly rewarding. He was totally genuine! He started with 5/6 mattresses, but the first one was always the one we referred back to. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and had a great sense of humor. We never once felt put off, pressured or snowed. At some point I even said I wanted to look at another store and explained why. He was appreciative but still thought this was the bed for us. I continued with my “endless”questions and we decided to stay, bought the King Beautyrest Black C Class firm mattress. Best decision. Kashif said we might need a few nights of adjustment, I slept the best since my last hotel stay! No morning shoulder pain and slept through the night. It’s been 5 nights and I absolutely love it. The sales experience was so great we took our daughter back last tonight and had the same assistance from Kashif again! I don’t normally do this, but If you need a mattress, go to the Mattress Firm on Nut Tree Rd in Vacaville and definitely ask for Kashif. He deserves kudos for a job well done, knowledge, and amazing customer service....
