Original Review 8/28: Cookies are okay, but not inspired in my opinion. The wait was long unless you order on the app, but spaces are limited. The best for this week 8/28 was either the Hostess Cake inspired one (girlfriends favorite), or the Graham Cracker (my favorite). I'd recommend waiting or ordering ahead if you want some. Good, but not horribly great imo.
Top, left to right: PB&J, slightly chilled cookie, Graham Cracker (tastes like a snickerdoodle)
Bottom, left to right: Oreo Cookie (like, seriously, just an oreo), Regular Chocolate Chip, Hostess Cake (had a filling)

EDIT 8/30: Pre-ordered cookies again today 8/30 on the app and was having issues again. I tried for several minutes while getting error coded while trying to check in. From my last experience they were not bringing cookies to the car (even though it was curbside pickup) and I had to go in and wait to be attended to. The same was true this time. I again, had to ask someone, as no one asked if I was there for a pickup. After about 30 minutes of waiting I finally got cookies, but did not get the ones I had pre-ordered earlier that day. The cookies were good as always, but the service was horrible. Debating on coming back.

We did not get the cookies we had ordered ahead so we could not review the others (cookie dough and classic oatmeal). I also forgot to take pictures :(

Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place is in desperate need of an upgrade. Itās not warm and welcoming to start off with, specially the employees. They donāt care if you are there or not. My 4 time going in this week. The 1st time it was too busy to notice. The 2nd time my husband went in and just picked up order. 3rd time, they literally handed my cookies to the person who came after me. They didnāt realize they were given the miniās and I was watching this chaos ensue and knew what was happening. Imagine your customers being more attentive to an order over employees. They were about to hand me that box but I asked for a new one cuz I donāt know if the cookies were touched by the other people. Another customer watching this fiasco also corrected the employee from doing so. Today was my 4th visit cuz Iām trying to finish the GCās I got my son unfortunately. Once Iām done Iām not returning and this is the closest location. Every single time they are out of the better flavors that show up every week. Today I was there an hour after shop opened and was told that the raspberry lemonade and blueberry cheesecake were out in mini and large size. Can you believe it? One hour of ship opening while other cookies are being made they were out of batter for these two? Basically they didnāt seem to have started making those and maybe had no material for them. Very disappointing shop. Please clean your order tab and have them wipe down the pickup area frequently and provide better customer service. People are coming for the Crumbl experience but this franchise (if it is one) is a total let down. The cookies itself donāt make for the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAttempted placing orders several days in a row and curbside was unavailable due to demand. Cool, I'll try again because I do not want to drive there, wait in line, and they be sold out of certain flavors. Placed an order (before 1:00am Monday) for curbside for Monday afternoon for 12 cookies. Arrived for the order and checked in on the app. Nobody came to the vehicle for over 40 minutes. Vehicles arriving after our check in, while my husband was #1 in the queue were getting their orders and leaving before him. After 40 minutes an employee came out with a list of cookies they were out of (theres only 6 cookies a week on the entire menu... idk why the list is needed) and informed him that they were out of most cookies and they could substitute them with an unpopular flavor (watermelon) from last week's menu. We certainly are not purchasing $40 worth of watermelon cookies, so the order needs to be cancelled. We spent an hour waiting on an order that was never packed. When you have limited product, you should be packing the product that is already sold and paid for before selling it to new customers. When you have timed curbside, packages should be fully packed before the time window. You should be notifying the customers when their order was mishandled and unavailable to prevent them from wasting their time. Driving 20 minutes each way and spending an hour at a location to later be informed that they are offering last week's product instead of what you purchased? Not a good business...
