We went to buy a bed and a mattress for our daughter and paid $1,058, my husband picked it up and when he was about to put the bed together we noticed the headboard was cracked in the back and not only that, the entire bed had mold on it (headboard, footboard, rails). We called right away and they told us we could take the one on the floor, We checked it and it had mold on it as well, so then they told us to pick something else or to take the moldy one because they didn’t think it was mold, they really expected me to get a moldy bed for my 3y/o. I didn’t like anything else and at that point the entire staff started to be really rude as if I was asking for free furniture. Now they refuse to refund me and now I have to wait God knows how many weeks to get the bed let’s hope this time it isn’t moldy, honestly it feels like they stole our money. These people are crooks. Stay away from them bad customer service and moldy furniture. They said it was dust but dust isn’t green and spotty.
It seems like they always have an excuse for their unprofessional behavior. The amount listed above is the total we paid for a mattress, box spring and moldy bed. Yes, they refunded the money for the bed, the $499 plus tax the next morning. They could have made the refund that same day but their excuse was they “don’t make refunds”. They were being rude, making faces, and the lady that sold us the bed even rolled her eyes. If they only used their time and energy on making customers happy instead of wasting it responding to the reviews, they wouldn’t have bad reviews to begin with. And the so called manager was the one trying to pass the MOLD as dust....

The story is never the same, they up sell you on low quality items (How about that $65 mattress protector. Gotta have it or your warranty will be void. Box springs? We don't have those. Out of style; but here is a nice $200 steel frame we will deliver and setup for you). Next thing you know, the mattress shows up: hard as a rock; completely different than the one in the show room. We have been trying to get it swapped for 8 weeks now. Ken the manager is useless; the sales guys gives us sob stories about having to come out of pocket personally (So you are a single dad or happily married by the way? Seems the story changes when you speak to my wife or I). Stay away form this store. You will save yourself both money patience and a lot of aggravation. No one asked how we were when we walked in and no one said one word to us while we were there. People who worked there walked right by us and said not one word. People walked in after us and they went to help them and didn’t come to us. Kind of sucks because I liked some of the furniture. Won’t be going back. I’ll just take my money elsewhere, not that it matters to them.
