Better Health Group — Attraction in Vallejo

I don't like that part of Vallejo but when I pulled in the parking lot there's a security guard right outside so that was awesome. He's really nice BTW. There's another one when you walk in. I dunno why but I really like that lol. I've never been to a dispensary before so I didn't know what to expect. I watched Sons of Anarchy with my husband three times through so I guess I expected a shoot out the second I walked in LOL but seriously I didn't know what to expect because I didn't even know it was legal to just buy marijuana with ONLY a state-issued ID. Who knew. Finally Facebook was worth anything. So I just wanted to go and see what it was like and maybe get a gift for a friend. I'm 44 Cartman voice I do what I want. Anyway, the employees are seriously wonderful. They're just legit great super nice people and took a lot of time explaining things to us about both the products and the pipes. Super relaxed atmosphere. I thought I'd feel awkward but I didn't at all. They might not have the biggest store in town but it looks like a nice selection of the high end of products in each genre. When u take the top five to ten in the list of something like pipes, why have more than ten anyway? Choosing from just the top end products is allllllllll I need. That and customer service. Cool place. Can't wait to go back! You get 20% off your entire first purchase so make it count. That's a lot of savings for more weed lol. Perfect...

Extremely disappointed in my visit today. I'm not sure if management changed or the staff just had a bad day. Last time I visited I was telling the bud tender I prefer coming here over US Bloom because the staff is friendlier and actually make suggestions while I'm looking around. Inside US Bloom where they just stand back and what til you're done staring @ a menu that doesn't really tell you anything other than strain and price. Today's visit was much like going to US Bloom I felt like I was burdening the bud tender,who only had about 10 words to say between asking if I needed help and giving me the items I purchased, when I was asking him for things. Been going here for a while now almost everyday it was ok experience the budtenders are not very helpful or informative they need people in there that knows the product and can really tell somebody USEFUL INFO. Been going for months wasn’t happy with my package the people know me by first name basis tried to exchange the packages because it was still all there was denied told there was nothing they can do but they could have easily put that in the window for showcase and then let people smell and look at that one but instead of helping a loyal customer they turned me away like I had shxt on my face.
