Vallejo Pizza — Restaurant in Vallejo

We ordered a pizza over the phone at 923pm we had ordered before quite a few times without incident however tonight we waited an hour before calling and being told first the driver knocked on the door and then secondly that they couldn't find the apartment after all. On top of that they got the entire order wrong how this happen is unexplainable but for some reason when you order and all meat combination they make a Mediterranean chickien and since they sound virtually the same I'm forced to forgive their incompetence. We are then assured that they will make the right pizza and we will have it in a half hour. After we wait for another hour i call back to inquire about our order we initially placed 2 hours prior. And this is the response that I was given. I was told that the owner came in and was told what happened and made the decision to not only cancel the order and just not deliver it at all they didn't even have the decency to call me and inform me that i wasn't getting my order because his/her employee wrote down the wrong order and the driver couldn't find what 3 prior drivers before him/ her found without any problem.. but the just goes to show that their incompetence is so unbearable that they're just not going to honor the order at all and without any notice and or warning, so i would like to personally thank the owner of this rinky dink poor excuse for a pizza parlor to shoove your Mediterranean chicken pizza right where the sun don't shine, i promise i will never not will any of my family or friends Darken your doors ring your phone or ever order anything from your business ever. I resend any reviews that I have previously made. Clearly the management that works during the week does not work weekends. My order tonight was wrong and when I called the restaurant to find out what could be done to correct the mistake I asked for the manager and the snot nosed teenager on the phone said he was the assistant mgr on duty. I explained that my order was incorrectly prepared and delivered. I had ordered 7 boneless bbq chicken wings and was delivered what was obviously reheated frozen chicken nuggets with ranch dressing. The so called mgr would answer with words like "yeah" showing he had no experience with customer relations. I was told that a credit was all he could do even though I had informed him I would not be using their restaurant again. The driver called ahead and told me that I had to meet him in the lobby because they would not let him come upstairs. Three drivers previous to this one had followed directions and brought it to the door, I can only assume he was just too lazy. So basically there is no consistency with this restaurant and the general manager does nothing to provide the customer with service that can be depended on. If you order from this restaurant it is a pricey gamble, hit or miss and you may end up paying for something you have to throw in the garbage. Lucky for them there is no way to leave the star count in negative value. I do not recommend this restaurant and I will never do business...

I have been ordering from this place for a while, and usually no problems, I usually spend between $40-60 bucks on their pizzas and pastas. The last two times they’ve made mistakes with my order and I usually don’t complain, but tonight I did because I don’t eat ham and this is the second time they’ve put mushrooms and ham. So I called just to tell them that they messed up my order, so the guy puts me on hold and he wasn’t rude but the second guys gets on and tells me I actually ordered extra everything but I only ordered extra cheese. And I requested no ham, no mushrooms. Long story short he didn’t try to work with me in fact he said it was my fault and nothing they would do about it. Great customer service that has inspired me to never order from there again. I spent $40 for nothing, threw pizza away, and now waiting for mountain mikes who always gets it right.
