Taco Bell — Restaurant in Vallejo

Wow!! The most unprofessional and rude customer service I've ever seen. I am not being dramatic or exaggerating. Joseph W was rude from the very beginning. First of all, idk how a Taco Bell runs out of EVERY hot sauce. That's what Joseph told me while ordering. After getting to the window, I explained to him that I was delivering the food for Doordash and asked if he would write on the receipt so the customer would know I didnt forget the sauce and in turn, give me a bad rating. Instead of just being helpful, he starts to argue with me about whether or not a customer will care. I've been Doordashing for over a year and can promise that when a customer requests 5 sauce packets, they want that sauce. After going back and forth for a second i give up with him but then see his manager. At first, he refused to get his manager but then the manager finally came over. Even the manager showed no interest in what i had to say. I am one of the most patient and reasonable people you will meet but this location really pushed me to almost lose my composure. I will never go to this location again and will warn anyone and everyone I know to avoid it. My friends and family deserve much better service and so do...

Well, the food is pretty consistent here but their posted hours seem to be treated more like suggestions than their actual open hours. I tend to use the app to help get in and out faster and I've ordered from the app only to find them "closed" when I arrive. Well..... Last night I overheard the employees talking and one asked the other, "when did closing early become the norm instead of the exception?" Mind you this was 35 minutes before they were supposed to be closed but the exterior lights were turned off and a sign put up. The other night it was almost an hour early. I understand that it can be slow at times but the other night there were about 6 other cars that came only to find them closed. From what I understood from the employees it was guidance from a manager.... Very frustrating...

Just went through the drive thru...worst customer service ever. First I sat there for a while waiting for someone to ask to take my order. Nothing..until I screamed hello into the intercom. Next after ordering a special order burrito (beef, sauce and onions)..the female taking the order told me "We don't make those anymore." Silly me...they stopped making those since noon because that was the last time I ordered one. When I got to the window she rudely gave the change back and after receiving my order didn't say thank you or have a nice day. Just completely rude and LAZY. She could have made the burrito just didn't want to. Taco bell...hire people that actually want a job and who can leave your customers happy. I won't be coming back. Unsatisfied customer here. I regret spending any...
