The Haus Of Luna — Attraction in Vancouver

Complete waste of time. I initially sent a booking request for a date in October for 10 people on PeerSpace. This booking was accepted by the host. A few days later, she sent a message saying there was some damage by a previous booking and she had to close the house for repairs and asked me to cancel on PeerSpace offering a discount so that I can rebook in the future. I responded that I’m sorry to hear about the damage, and to please let me know when the home becomes available again to book because my group is very excited.

Time goes by and I don’t hear back. My friend reaches out to her on Instagram and the host said the house is available for booking. She never told me that thru PeerSpace. I message her again asking if we can have the discount and rebook for a time in Nov. She never responds.

My group of 10 suggests to send a booking request anyways without the discount. I go ahead and do that for the new date in November. She responds days later denying the request saying she no longer accepts larger groups.

Ok, I know her response to this review is going to be something like “she had a larger group and they destroyed her house so she doesn’t want to take the risk anymore” - and that I completely understand. But she KNEW my group had 10 people because that’s a requirement to fill out on the app. She never got back to me that her house was available again to book. She never honored the discount code she offered me. Then wastes all of our time by denying our booking request. Could have saved us a lot of time if she told me she would no longer have larger groups back when she initially made me cancel the original...

This was the most amazing experience I have ever had. I visited the Haus of Luna last year when Sol (the owner) first opened, and that was an awesome experience as well. This year though, took the cake. While it is artwork at is finest, each room also provides a unique taste thats offers the perfect photo opportunity. Get ready to update your social media pictures! With your purchase you get chromatic glasses that allows you to see this in a different context. This year we also got a light wand that added another layer to the whole experience. The cloud room was my favorite, but the zodiac sign was a close runner up. Would definitely recommend coming here for a one of a kinda date night. This is one of the coolest experiences I've ever had. This is a genius immersive experience from start to finish.

I was excited that Vancouver had something like this and she absolutely delivered. It's a sensory overload like nothing you've experienced. The attention to detail, the deliberate compositions, the eye popping colors and textures. I went in excited, and I left feeling inspired and fulfilled. Her intention she told us was to "See something different" and she delivered on every interpretation of that.
