I have a nissan 350z and stereo stopped working. Brought the car there and the tech got in and checked the system and said I needed a replacement. I wanted an OEM replacement and said I would call when it arrived. He estimated a half hour at 75 dollars. I made an appointment when the stero arrived. Fifteen minutes after I arrived and the old stero was out I was told the clips in the back did not match. I said not to put anything back and I would get one that matched. Now he wanted to charge me 150 dollars and was adimit about it I complained without raising my voice about being told 75 dollars for a half hour. He continued all his complaint about the situation and charged me $82.50 on 8/14/23. The kicker "Don't come back." So I ended up getting the right system and was told the eight screws holding the sideplates on where missing. Called M&M. "No screws, plus the plates were bent. Before installing the "new" stereo he said "First thing first" I check the fuses!" He found a bad fuse and said "Thats your problem not the system!" He had a few choice words about someone (M&M) who did not check the fuses first. All the time, trouble and money I spent because of incompetence. The original "bad" system is back working as it always was. I will be suprised if M&M does anything about their mistakes...

This father and son duo is knowledgeable, friendly, easy to talk with and their prices are very, very reasonable. I personally would recommend this place to anyone who is interested in upgrading their system, or even learning about what is available in the automotive sound system world. update on this install/sales company. Had a problem with the system they installed and was told firmly that I did not purchase the system there, nor did they install the system, (i had lost the original invoice), offered to look at the problem, not fix it for $175.00. No discussion, no we will look into this, simply pay us the ransom money or get out. Will never have any service or work done there again. Thought they were a reputable company, a business that could be trusted. Run away from this place as fast as you can. They simply have no integrity or ethics. WHAT A COMPLETE...
Read moreI generally never write reviews, but I had a very good experience with M&M recently. I was helping a friend with his sound system, but came across several problems and wasn't too sure what to do. First, we purchased a new ported box from M&M that is very well designed and the purchase and customer service we received from Drew was smooth and painless. About a week later, I could not seem to figure out what was going on with my friend's system after hours of trying several different things. We decided to take it to M&M and get some advice and help and see what could be done. Without hesitation, Drew helped us re-install 2 subs, re-wire them to the proper load, install and fully tune a new amp, and made sure everything was good to go before we left.
He gave us a very good deal, excellent customer service, and we will definitely be going back for any work...
