I ordered a ring & a pair of earrings as it was advertised on fb as Kay Jewelers discount sale. What I ordered was a Chocolatier diamond ring 3/8 ct 14k rose gold tone color & a pair of Le Vian amethyst earrings with1/5 ct 14k strawberry gold. They did a good job in the delivery with email notification & picture of the package in front of my door. Was excited to open it, but totally disappointed as they sent me the wrong items totally not what I ordered. I emailed them about this, their response is they were out of stock of the items I ordered. Why didn't they notify me about & just decided on their own to send me something else that I don't like. I asked them to refund my card for what I paid for & send me a return label so I can ship back the wrong items. Their response was it's too expensive for them to have it shipped back. They said for me to keep the items & they'll refund me 20% of what I paid for. I can't even wear the ring since the size is too big. I told them since my order is out of stock, I want to order something else & I 'll return the ones they sent me. They never replied back. This company is a SCAM. They used Kay Jeweler's name to attract customers. The package came from UNIUNI, 5215 S. Boyle Ave, Vernon, CA. No invoice, no phone number to call. People beware, don't be a victim. I'm being told to mail the items at my own expense, to China($95) of the $236.00 I spent. I'm told not to return the items by UPS, DHL OR FEDEX, BUT PROVIDE A TRACKING NUMBER AND THAT THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THE PACKAGE DOESN'T ARRIVE. Buyer beware....this is the address that is listed on the package received from Hiker shoes that is sold on Facebook. I purchased the shoes based on the many positive reviews claiming they were absolutely most comfortable shoes with a wide toe box. It claimed a refund, no questions asked. It was also not disclosed that they were being shipped from China. Once received, I discovered the shoes were absolutely uncomfortable, and the size was totally wrong. I attempted to reach out via emails and by telephone with no success at the time. I did receive an email sometime later offering a replacement in a different size, and I could keep the original shoes received. Why would I want another pair when all I wanted was to return them and be refunded, I requested return address, that is when I was informed that I could send them back to China (claimed no USA address) I would have to pay all the import and custom fees and I might not receive a refund after all.
