I highly recommend Floor Coverings International! When I first called looking for carpet installation ONLY, April answered the phone and was the most professional, nice and accommodating sales person. I needed the job done ASAP (company coming sooner than expected) and she worked it out. Gina W. came to my house for measurements the next day and suggested another carpet that was better quality for the same price, (we were very happy with her suggestion and my husband liked it much better!) Gina came to oversee the removal and install of the new carpet and we were extremely impressed that she followed up on her sale. We were so grateful and felt very lucky that she did come to oversee because there was a major problem which however, was an understandable mistake. Because of her professionalism, working with April and directly with the carpet warehouse, FCI's fantastic customer service and professional ethics solved the problem immediately! The correct carpet was installed by that afternoon! Very, very impressive. I sincerely believe I would not have gotten the same AAA+ service from another company. I highly recommend FCI and would use them for all my flooring needs! p.s. A few days after the job I inquired if there was any additional carpet left so I could have floor mats made, there was a small piece (3'x6') which Gina personally delivered! ...
