I wanted to share my experience that from beginning to end was effortless with Alex. He was so patient with me and answered all of my million questions. That kind of Customer Service is hard to find. We bought the Dreamcloud Premier. I made it to the store before my husband and he ended up picking the same exact mattress as I did without knowing which one I preferred. I think we are going to really happy with our choice and if for any reason we're not during the trial period, I have no doubt Alex will do what's necessary to assist us. What a pleasure it was walking into this store. Being greeted with a smile and great customer service. Was given the best service and option for the mattress in my price range and even given a gift to go along with my purchase

Once my mattress and box spring was delivered. Alex didn’t like the boards I had for the new box spring I had. So he measured the length of the boards and told me where to go to get some better steady boards to help support box spring. Alex even came out once I got the boards and placed them down sturdy enough to hold box spring.

Alex is the man. We needed a queen mattress for our guest bedroom. Alex showed options that fit our budget. No pressure to purchase. Was very kind, friendly and went above & beyond. After deciding on the mattress, the price was unbelievably great AND he offered pillows or mattress cover to go with it completely complimentary. Usually, other stores will nickle and dime you for these type of add-ons.
