Greyhound: Bus Stop — Attraction in Victorville

This has got to be the most awful greyhound ever. They never open on time, yet always close early. The buses are either very late, or really early to where passengers miss the bus. Customer service is garbage, the one And only employee is not friendly at all, and sometimes has her infant child there at work with her. I refuse to try the soul food restaurant inside because of the way the owner talks to people. Very rude and abrupt even to her employees, besides they're hardly ever open anyways. We went to ask about exchanging a ticket for a different time since the bus was an hour late, and we waited at the desk for 5-10 minutes before somebody came out, and when she did she didn't look at or say anything to us, she just pulled down and locked the security gate pretty much in our faces. Gosh i hate this place and the regular druggies and thugs that...

Great experience. Buying ticket on-line was SIMPLE and no hassle. You do NOT need to print ticket after buying on-line. When the bus show's up, just show the driver your 'e-ticket' on your phone or computer, they'll scan the barcode that's on there, and it's DONE! SIMPLE! And NO baggage 'fee's,' that's WHY you don't need to be concernered with putting tag's on your bag's. Security was also present and VERY visible, and a pleasure to talk with. HOWEVER; as much as I appreciate the bus arriving EARLY, it also LEFT EARLY (by TEN minutes). If your one of those types who like to arrive NINE minutes early ... even BEFORE it's 'schedueled' departure time, you would have been seriously S.O.L.! You would have found yourself playing 'pick-up-sticks' with a toothless vagrant named 'Bertha' for the next 6-hour's, waiting for the next bus,...

I am pregnant since I been in California I found this place waiting for my train they fed me helped me with any problems I had all staff are great I love how they are helping the homeless community before I was homeless I would always try to feed the homeless even with a dead end job it makes me happy to know that there are others who have a kind heart and love to share... It's a safe environment and they have alot of security who help you and care for you there is as much staff as there is homeless they make sure we are full and even give us water I loved the experience I had here.. much love to the kind staff and thank you to the people who did this or had any roles in making sure our homeless community can be...
