My girlfriend and I were hungry for some birrieria so we looked around and saw there was a small hole in the wall restaurant by the name of Birrieria Sinaloa. All I can say is we will return to this place again and again.
Birrieria Sinaloa is a small restaurant that is located near Old Town Victorville Memorial Cemetery. It can be hard to miss if you are not actively looking for it. The parking can be hard to find since it is a small location. You can try to park in the small parking space located a further down the street if you are coming from Mojave Dr but other than that, you will probably have to find a parking near the street or in the neighborhood.
The restaurant is small shop. It has a few tables for four and if you have more than four then they will try to accommodate space for you. My girlfriend and I went on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't packed when we got in but it did start to get busy as we waited for our food.
The food selection was small but the quality was great. My girlfriend and I ordered four plebe carne tacos and two consomes. Plebe tacos are a soft and crunchy-ish taco if you are wondering what it is. The wait for the food was probably 10 minutes. The plebe tacos were amazing. There was a right amount of meat with cheese and guacamole to satisfy any taste buds. Then if you dipped the tacos with the consome, everything in that moment would just feel right. The restaurant also have onions, cilantro, and spices as garnishes to the tacos. Overall, the food is a reason to return to this restaurant.
The services was also great. We were tended as soon as we walked in. Although, there were no tables when we got in, they quickly cleaned one off and we were seated. The wait for the food was also fast, like I said, it was around 10 minutes. They asked if everything was great and tended to us when we needed it.
The only thing that I could think that is bad about this restaurant is that they don't clean their tables unless there are people coming in. I'm not sure how long some of the tables are but it seems like it was not tended too unless they need to make space. However, that reason is not a reason to miss this restaurant.
In so, Birrieria Sinaloa is a small hole in the wall restaurant. Don't let the exterior of this location throw you off as you will be missing out a great quality of food. If you are just craving birrieria or just visiting Victorville, then I would absolutely recommend this...
Read moreMe and my wife had four beef tacos. We've never had these types of tacos before. They were absolutely delicious. Also they are very rich and filling. The taco shell was hot Savory and crispy the beef was tender and flavorful. The cheese went really well with it. Also the guacamole made it top-notch. My only criticism is I wish there was a little more guacamole in the taco. I will definitely be back soon! Also the four beef tacos came with two different hot salsas and let me tell you they were very spicy. One of them was a red salsa very rich chili flavor and the other one was very dark and robust flavor almost had a coffee or molasses texture to it.... the dark one was really interesting. Never tasted anything like it. ..like the flavor it was a robust chili flavor that was kind of bitter but in a good way.. it pairs very well with the meat. Does anybody know what that salsa is called? Is there coffee in it? What type of Chilies do they use? The traditional Taco is used with goat but when I went to order they were sold out. Maybe that is a good thing I will have to try 🐐 goat next time. But the beef is very good. Nice size tacos.. Incredible FLAVOR. 4 tacos came to about 20$ and 4 dollars tax.. it comes with a bag of onions l, cilantro , and also some lime and a bunch of salsas.. I'm a first-time customer I had no idea what to order they don't have menus so you have to know what you're going to get. The staff was nice and helpful. I was in and out in...
Read moreFirst time visit. Mom treated to lunch, I picked up. Didn't know what to expect when coming here. I want to say this, I had a minor misunderstanding when I first walked in as I understand very little in the way of Spanish, but the woman who helped me was incredibly polite and helpful and patient. I really appreciate that and her English was amazing as well. Placing the order was simple, 5he wait wasn't too long even though I fully expected a wait. They had a few customers at the time. The food is absolutely delicious and worth the visit! The portion fits the price, for those of us who might be worried about that sort of thing. I am very happy with the clean establishment and fast and friendly service as well as the delicious...
