I absolutely adore this place. I walked in to get fish food my beta and goldfish but happened to make a slightly bigger purchase than fish food. My wife and children and myself were greeted with open arms as well as able to ask many questions about the potential pets they had within their store. Both of the stores representatives were not only kind enough to answer any questions we had but also contained a vast knowledge on every animal we had asked about and also presented their as not only professionals but vocally educated us on tips and suggestions for a happy and healthy care for my fish. I could not have been any more comfortable than here at this shop. I was enchanted by people skills for they seemed to have enjoyed discussing various items and other species of fish that would be fun to place in both fresh and saltwater aquariums. I was delighted with their services to the point were my wife and i walked out with a new beta fish and two dwarf hamsters as well as the habitat for the hamsters. I recently purchased a bird from this place around the end of December cost me around $380 with taxes, when I brought him home he didn't eat for a couple days which I thought was because he was in a new environment and he was scared,a couple days later he started eating just fine no issues with him at all until today 01/12/22 not even 3weeks later I find my bird on the bottom of his cage laying sideways and in pain, I went to pick him up and put him on a towel and his body was limp he couldn't walk,flap his wings or open his mouth he just kept rolling over, I rushed him the loma Linda animal hospital to see if they can help him, 15min later the Dr comes back and tells me there's nothing they can do and that he passed away!!!! Those birds are suppose to live a very long time,but unfortunately this one did not All the money I've spent on him just so he can die not even 3weeks later makes me so mad, I will never purchase another animal from there, I feel like they sold me a diseased or sick...

Me and my 2 sons recently visited Victorville Valley pet store and had an incredible experience! The owner and his wife were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the unique characteristics and needs of each animal in the store, and it was clear that they genuinely care about the well-being of their pets. Their passion and expertise made me feel confident in my decision to bring home a new furry friend. The owners' ability to connect with the animals and share their wisdom with customers is truly impressive.
