Like another reviewer said ' A spot to pay respect'. This is more of a resting area while walking , not at all a park. It would be fantastic if more modern businesses would open up shop in old town Victorville . Would definitely give this community much needed upgrade and MAYBE just maybe make it safe for teens and young adults to hang out during the weekends. We adults need to teach the upcoming generation to create a safe environment and banish violence in this city .I have high hopes for this area to some day...

This is a beautiful memorial that truly honors our veterans. My late husband was 30 years Air Force retired and when guests would come from the East Coast we always took them here. This amazing sculpture honors all the branches of the Armed Forces and is beautifully done. Everyone that visited here took so many detailed pictures to share with the families back home and I believe this was one of the highlights...

We visited the monument on Vetran's Day for the first time in 2021. (My husband is a Navy Veteran). He was honored. Located on Historic Rt. 66, the memorial is beautiful and well maintained, but not in the best part of town. I would not advise travel to this area after dark.
