The Frame Factory — Attraction in Vienna

I would not take my precious pictures or photos anywhere else but the Frame Factory. Patti Cowan is a genius at helping me to select the perfect frame and mat to suit the picture and my decor. She has a wide selection of frames and mats to choose from. I recently had a large picture framed for my dining room. The frame and mat pick up the colors in the picture and coordinate with my dining room chairs. The framed picture makes the room. If you need something framed the next day, Patti will get it done. After having a very negative experience at a frame shop literally 2 minutes away, I decided to try out frame factory to see if they could increase the space in a frame between the pictures and glass. What was unimaginable at the other frame store was easily done by frame factory! The woman (I think her name was Kristina or Anna? all I remember is she’s going to Denmark or is from Denmark) working helped me understand what needs to be done and had it ready for pickup quickly with very reasonable prices. Had a wonderful experience at The Frame Factory today. I’d been looking for a high quality wood frame to enhance this sweet little oil painting my Mom purchased in 1963 right off an artist’s easel on a street in Paris. The owner was so helpful and had a great eye when she recommended the perfect frame. She expertly fitted the frame and finished it with a backing and wire. She even gave me the hardware for hanging it! Now that I’ve found this gem of a business, I will be back.
