I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had at the Vienna Community Center. Over the course of several days, I made multiple polite attempts to reserve a room for an event, but not only did I receive no support, I was also treated disrespectfully by a staff member named Denis. She raised her voice during a phone call, refused to assist with the reservation process, and eventually told me to stop calling. After that, my calls were simply ignored. As someone representing a nonprofit organization that works hard to serve the community, I expected at least basic courtesy and professionalism, neither of which were shown. This experience was frustrating, disheartening, and unacceptable for a community facility.
