I’m new to Northern Westchester and needed an early AM workout spot where I could get a great training session in to start the day. I also wanted to find a nice locker room with decent showers, so I could shower, suit up and head straight to work. Orange Theory Mount Kisco hit the nail on the head and then some! Great instructors (Shout out to Joelle, Anthony, Dana and Cathy), a solid variety of circuit training, rowing and treadmill work, the nicest locker room I’ve seen in an Orange Theory studio (or 99% of boutiques in Westchester for that matter) and meter-free parking, galore.
