The owner is ignorant. Extremely ignorant. There was an altercation outside and she called my sister dirty and said she had knockoff shoes. I don’t think the daughter of two working class parents with a family of 6 should be called dirty for taking a stroll with her friend. My sister is 14 and was confronted as she was walking down the street less than a block away from school. If you decide to do business with an individual you should have some kind of trust in that persons character. For anyone Black/Brown or wearing jordans…. do not come to this business. Once again, you should do business with those of integrity and compassion. At minimum she should respect the youth of our town. I highly recommend Bilotta and their rep Danielle Florie. Danielle was the consummate professional. I hired Bilotta after my kitchen sustained water damage and several of my custom cabinets were ruined. The cabinets came in, at estimate, and were installed within one day of delivery even though it was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving.
