From the moment we stepped into the showroom, we knew we came upon something special. Stunningly beautiful pieces…all seemingly made with such care and pride.

Mauricio was such a pleasure to work with. Very thoughtful with his suggestions to make our vision come alive. It’s so refreshing to commission a piece of furniture (artful furniture) by someone who is so humble about his skillful talent/hands. Never for a moment made us feel uneducated about the differences between the wood/styles (even though, we were!); Not at all intimidating.

Our 12 foot bar turned out perfect. He delivered it ahead of schedule (when does that happen?) and installed it with such care…little things like putting felt protectors under the legs to protect our wood floors.

The cost was what we expected but looks like we spent much more. Definitely feel like we got our money’s worth.

OWe discovered Mauricio and New England Antique when on the hunt for a unique mantle for our fire place several years ago. The team helped us find a beautiful piece that is a corner stone of our living room. This past summer when it was time to update our dining room we headed back to New England Antique Lumber and found the PERFECT piece of wood for our dining room. We were looking for a very specific dining room table size and shape to fit our entire extended family. We had been searching every site and nothing was exactly right. We made an appointment with Mauricio and the team at New England Antique Lumber and they spent a lot of time with us explaining the differences in wood, finish, how to care for it, and what it would look like.
