We play at Brambleton often. Always a great experience. Staff is very friendly, facilities are clean, carts are in great shape, full water stations and porta potty’s are always clean (for a lady golfer this is important). Our most recent round the fairways were very wet with lots of puddles. It was hazardous just walking to the ball and there were no cart rules (though we were kind), which can’t help maintain the condition of the course. The other thing to note was after the 2 men in our group teed off on hole 17 we were asked to pick up the pace at the women’s tee box, which felt unfair. We were keeping pace and able to see the group ahead of us at every hole. It does not make any sense for us to be asked to pick up the pace with only 2 holes remaining and no group behind us waiting. Of course the group ahead pushed forward just a bit, hole 17 is a PAR 3. The last two holes felt rushed and were not very enjoyable and as expected we were able to see the group in front of us again from the tee box on 18. I understand it’s a tough task to keep the pace moving and you have a job to do, but speeding up the last two holes is not going to correct the backup in the middle of the course. Last thing…where is the beverage cart when you need it? It was HOT. Would have...
Read moreI grew up golfing here every summer with my dad and have some great memories of this place. I went back for the first time in over a decade in April of ‘23. The course is relatively forgiving. It’s not super complicated like some corses that feel like the designer had his wife stolen by a golfer and he wants revenge. It is one of the least expensive places in the area, but at $70 for 18 with a cart I wouldn’t call it cheap.
When I played there was one hole under construction with a pin in the fairway 75-ish yards from the green, which was fine, but I did feel like I got robbed of a hole with that much distance between the temp flag and the green. The biggest issue is that the other 17 greens were all punched a few weeks ago (I think) and still haven’t healed. That wouldn’t be a problem but I didn’t see any mention of it when I booked my tee time. For that reason I withhold one star from my review and stick it over the snowman on...
Read moreThis golf course is a gem for practice! ⛳ The 18-hole layout, driving range, putting green, and chipping area make it super convenient for a quick round or some swings. I love how close it is to Brambleton town center—perfect for a spontaneous golf day. 🏌️♂️ The pro shop and cozy café are great touches, and the outdoor seating is a nice spot to chill. ☕ Parking’s a breeze, and the staff is crazy helpful and friendly. The course isn’t too tough, though a couple of holes will keep you on your toes! Only gripe? The distance markers on the range are a bit scattered, and windy days can be tricky. vento Still, it’s affordable and fun—definitely...
