A friend and I tried this place for lunch. It had just opened two weeks prior, directly across from the new Brambleton library. Overall it was fine but you may want to wait a few weeks for them to work through the kinks. I walked in at 12:27 and got my food at 12:49. The line moved slowly because there was only one server and everyone had various questions about the menu. Also, they were out of the veggie burger, and the 1/3 pound burger that I wanted. They really should tape up a little sign for all of the menu items they have run out of, which would speed things up since people have to do a mental reset when they learn this information at the register. I ordered the signature item, which is two little sliders for $6.99 plus $3 for fries and a drink. Another thing people in front of me seemed confused about was why the payment screen was asking for a tip, since there was no table service, and who do the tips go to? (the server said she had no idea). I personally was also a bit perplexed as to why getting the combo (fries and drink) was exactly the same price as just the fries (both were $3). I didn't know why they call it BurgerIM? I thought maybe IM for Instant Message, since they had a big display of 4 TVs showing Instagram photos and hashtags. I found out later it's an Israeli term for a variety of small burgers. My friend and I couldn't really figure this out, but apparently you don't need a lot of theme anyhow to open a new burger chain these days. There were not a lot of tables, and one of them was essentially unusable since it was sandwiched between the main entrance and another table. The slider burgers were ok. The fries are sliced very thin, which was different I suppose. Couldn't tell if I was still hungry or not. This is a decent place to come if you want a meal before the movies and don't feel like walking all the way over...
Read moreAwesome is what this burger joint in Brambleton was to me. What an experience this visit was for me. I was out filming nearby and I can tell you I wasn't planning going anywhere near Brambleton let only the shopping center, but I did. And no regrets because I saw a sign that asked if I was curious, as though speaking to me or my stomach. So, I was curious and hungry, parked and headed to Burgerim. If you think about it, it was Burger I am. Pretty catcht for a business that had existed here for two years. Burgerim even had a website in which patrons can hashtag their last visit and the business will post it on their scrolling screen TV in the restaurant. And the decor is pretty hip. On my visit there were quite a few youngsters that came to eat here. I guess having the IMAX theater next door doesn't hurt, right? Anyway, I ordered the Spanish Burger combo with onion rings. I didn't want the traditional burger, which is their best-seller. However, the Spanish Burger comes with jalapeño roilo sauce, cheese and lettuce. It's talky good, I didn't even put ketchup on the burger because it was that good! To top it off the onion rings were off the charts great, they've out down themselves. Thank goodness I didn't do the traditional fries as well because the onion rings were sour on delicious. The manager or owner I spoke some to me when I was finished and I really was greatly for that because that made the experience very pleasant and informative. Folks if you're going to the theater in Brambleton Town Center go here before or after the movie, you won't regret it because the food, the service, the ambiance is incredibly welcoming. Even the subtle background music was pleasant and relaxing. Loved it. Go there, take my...
Read moreOverall good food, nice, polite staff and solid service. I usually order off-peak (read: before lunch rush; never during dinner rush) ahead of time, so I rarely experience being rushed or feeling hurried, and I don't worry about order issues. Order ahead to ease your experience. Food can be pricey (it IS Brambleton AND Loudoun), but the money is well spent IMO. I've been going here since around the time they've opened and the quality of food and service has improved significantly. I feel like they've found their stride and am glad they've been around long enough to find it. I enjoy the fried chicken or a single (large) burger, both with regular fries. (I think during COVID there were some supply chain issues and the fry types were all over the place. I like them the way they are now and NEVER want that to change again.)
TL;DR If this is your local burger place, you're in luck! Good food, good service and worth your money and time. Make your life easier and order ahead at...
