My father was a true man after God's own heart and he often told me that I should never allow someone mistreating me to be the reason I'm not kind to the next person in my life. That not one of us would have traveled this journey not having experienced pain, grief, or lack. So today (once again) I was so happy when speaking with representatives at Gems N Loans. Lisa is such a very kind and patient human being. Lisa represents such a high regard in her interactions with clients. This represents the store so highly! She never speaks out of character. I am very disappointed as unfortunately I had to roll over a ring of my Mom's due to the economy and losing my best friend and roommate 4 years ago. I received the phone call to remind me it was due and I do not have a car or transportation and I asked if I could make a payment by the phone. So I wouldn't have to pay additional fees. The gentleman I spoke with said no I had to come in person. I paid a ride to come in and when I talked to the person handling my transaction was told that of course you can pay by phone and gave me the link to the app. I've had my ring and a couple of things in there a long time and I feel like they don't give you any kind of customer loyalty and that the fee should have been waived since I was not given proper information and once I get my things out, I will never recommend gems and loan to anyone.
