On September 20th, paid a deposit of $100 for my son’s party of 30 children, reserved for Nov 30th. Called today to change the date to December 14th. All set. Then 5 minutes later, the associate calls back to tell me I need to pay an additional $100 to reserve that date. Told her I had no problem having $200 down as a deposit. Then she proceeds to tell me I lose the previous $100 since it was only for November 30th. I ask to speak to a manager. Proceeds to tell me that is the company policy three times. I email, asking if that $100 could just go towards the tips for the coaches then. That is denied and I am sent an email where they highlighted the company policy in BOLD. Now keep in mind, a lot of people don’t tip and if they want to fight me over $100 and end up losing $800+, so be it. I canceled the party quick. I would pass on booking a party here because if something comes up, $100 down the drain. PER COMPANY POLICY. Employees at the front desk need to be fully trained before handling transactions by themselves. Additional training on customer service should also be required. Very very unfortunate and...
Read moreMy daughter attended the free trial class and absolutely loved it!! If you call the day of your free trial before 3:00 to register for a full month the $50 sign-up fee is waived bringing your total to $110 instead of $160. We tried signing her up but the class slot was full for the upcoming month (August) and they would not allow us to sign up for the following month (September) without making us pay the $50. I asked if we could pay the $30 drop-in fee for the free class she attended so that we could get a free class at a later date allowing us to sign up with the $50 discount. They said they could not do that.Definitely disappointed in the customer service and the fact that we couldn't sign up.
Make sure there are openings available for your desired time slot before accepting the free trial date they give you. They seem to be rather calculating in ensuring you won't be able to receive the $50 off sign-up fee...
Read moreUnfortunately, I need to update my review. I had spoken to front desk staff to enroll my son in a second class per week and my daughter in one class per week. We discussed billing in detail. Here is where thing me become offensive - my nanny, who is a non-native English speaker took my children to their agreed upon classes. The front desk staff treated her terribly. I immediately called to discuss the situation. I asked to speak with a supervisor and my nanny said they laughed to themselves and simply handed the phone back and forth. They also tried to speak as quickly as possible to try to confuse my nanny. This is seriously offensive. Freerunning is supposed to be inclusive and the front desk staff are NOT providing good (or even acceptable)...
