Nice house, but honestly not worth over $50 to tour at all and see why it was not sold. This tour would be okay for maybe $20 max. You can tour real castles in Ireland for least than $10. The pricing was atrocious and farfetched. If you really want to see it, click on the Google photos and tour some residential model homes for free. This was such a waste of money.

Our guide was friendly, but found it strange that after telling us that he worked for the owners for years and years but stated he never met them ever. If you are here visiting, I would suggest to skip this. This is like everything else Magnolia, overpriced and overhyped. If I could keep squeezing $50 a pop, I’d keep it and...

The Fixer Upper Castle in Waco, Texas, is an amazing combination of history and stunning design thanks to Chip and Joanna Gaines’ beautiful restoration work. The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable, offering great stories about the castle’s past and fun details about the renovation, making every room impressive and inspiring to explore. The landscaping and preserved original features add even more charm. Perfect for fans of Fixer Upper or anyone interested in architecture and Waco history—it’s well worth the stop and highly recommended for a...

I've been five times and have taken away lots of decorating tips. Painted my bedroom with her paint from Benjamin Moore paints. The paint is fabulous. I made a butler pantry in my kitchenette and bought a wooden island very much like the one she uses. Next, I used ideas from her up stairs green bathroom. They nailed the decorating, but the refurbishment of the castle was unbelievable. What an honor to walk through this fun tour and learn the history of...

Eli was a fabulous tour guide! Had us laughing and entertained the whole time. Loved every minute- so worth it! Beautiful renovation and history. The fact that proceeds from ticket sales go towards betterment of the community is a plus. Eli remembered us the next day at Magnolia Press, making our visit to Waco such a friendly and positive experience!
