Furniture Outlet — Local services in Waco

I've always shopped at Furniture Outlet on Franklin even when my mother was alive she shopped here and this is pretty much the only place we always shopped. However I will no longer shop here or refer others to this place of business. Furnished basically my whole new house with them, however my daughters nightstand didn't have the matching handles and after waiting over a month from when they delivered it and still given the wrong handles I asked for refund and the owners were beyond rude to me. When I went in for my refund I explained to the owners husband that I didn't appreciate how his wife conducted business over the phone with me when I expressed my issue about the handles and just wanting to return the nightstand and get my money back for it. So I get there and simply ask for my refund and he asks what's wrong and I explain I spent over $3900 in one month there and I would appreciate better customer service, he goes into a rant about he only made $100 profit as if I asked for something free or as if it was my fault for the handles not matching the dresser. He proceeds to yell and while giving my card to other worker for refund he is yelling at me to listen to him when I only asked for my refund, this guy even followed me out the door screaming at me as I left. I will he reporting them to the BBB!

I have horrible back pain so does my husband...Zora & Shawn knew exactly what I needed ...I had tried all these 4000 Dollar mattresses at mattress companies but who can afford that !!!! I'm a teacher lol Zora & Shawn know mattresses so well and what works best for each individual person and their needs they suggested The Dr Greene Jade - Firm Mattress it was invented by an orthopedic surgeon specially for people with back issues .. this was .. such an amazing affordable high quality comfortable mattress .. I ordered a King size came to my door in a small box ....and wow I couldn't believe how convenient...touch down folks the best mattress hands down that I have ever had in my entire life ... I had an amazing nights sleep and no back pain the next morning .. Thanks so much for your amazing customer Service guys .. Love my new heavenly mattress .. Furniture Outlet You are by far the best furniture store in Waco and I will always highly recommend you guys .. I have never been disappointed ever .. you do all you can to make your customers happy you did me ...

I am new in Waco and I was looking for a place to buy furniture, and a complete stranger told me to check out Furniture Outlet. Even though we have GPS she gave me directions to the store, and I’m sure glad she did. When I walked in Sonya and Anna greeted me, and Anna and I walked around to see what they had. She was very helpful. When I didn’t see what I wanted they pulled out the books, and we also looked on the computer, and I found exactly what I wanted. Sonya and Anna had great customer service, and they made me feel welcomed to Waco. If you want furniture for any room this store is the place to go. Very clean showroom and...
