We got a quote of 3 to 4 weeks on a repair. After three weeks with no word (they call you up with a quote after looking at it)we called them. They said they'd call back in a day or two. They didn't. We called back, they said they would call back the next day. They didn't. Four weeks had passed. Still no word. Forget being fixed, they hadn't even looked at it. I get that sometimes places get busy, but if that is the case just have the courtesy to let us know, rather then daily lies.
After calling back at the four week mark the lady spouted some obviously made up crap, and after confused goodbyes on our part the outrage really took hold and we called back with some demands. Inside of our heads we were pretty furious, but on the phone we were very polite but firm. We need this back. We'll come and get it. Don't worry about looking at it (an approximate $50). She told us they'd look at it and give us a call that day. They did, and told us that nothing was wrong with it (There is). Who knows why, maybe because we were $50 and 4 weeks in, we asked them to just clean it up and change the tubes, and they said it would be ready the next day and they would give us a call. Of course they didn't call. We called them, it was done, we picked it up.
So. Now we're $100 in, nothing is fixed, and we have a bunch of shoddy soldering.
The Internet is full of horrible reviews, and this company is so unprofessional. I wish we had read them before heading in, and we will be heading review advice when we take this into another shop to get it...

I called to make sure they had the experience to repair my Bose system. Of course "she" said. I brought in my Bose Lifestyle 12. A few months went by. No calls. I called to enquire about the repair. She said, we are waiting on parts. Ok, I let a few months go by. I called back. She said, Oh, let me check with the technician. Still never got a call back. Finally, I called to find the system had been repaired. Picked up the unit and brought it home. Didn't work. I called them. She answered. She said, they did change a part. I said, well it doesn't work. Ok, bring it back. So I brought it back. She promises to call but never does. My Bose system is still there and not repaired. It's been over a year. Read moreI need to fix the amps in a pair of JBL towers, and I recently heard a radio add for Galaxy Electronics that proclaimed their expertise in fixing all electronics. Problem solved I thought. So I loaded up each of the two 80 pound towers and headed over. There is a piece of paper taped over the posted hours on the door that says 10:00. But they did not open for business until 10:20 today. In the meantime, there was no answer at the door, on the phone, or through Facebook.
