Passed Review: It had been over 5 weeks since I had a chance to play modern for an FNM. I called to confirm with an employee that Modern FNM was set start at 7pm. I showed up at 6.45 to be surprised that no modern tourney was happening, instead it was pioneer tourney FNM. I was pretty upset because I did not have time to make it to any other shops to play a modern FNM. If the sales person was more knowledgable of their tourney schedule, I would have been able to have a fun nite somewhere. Please be more diligent as a business, so people's time are not wasted. If this was my only interaction, i would give it a 1 star, but we have shopped there once before with an average shopping experience.

I am sure I will try the shop out again, and if the customer service gets better, I will update my review. Hope this store does better...

These guys got a ton of the stuff I'm interested in back in stock. And of those, the things I like buying the most are priced pretty darn close to on par with what I'm used to paying elsewhere. First impressions are important, but they're not the only thing that matters. I'm glad I checked back in, and I'm very excited to shop at this place for the foreseeable future!

TLDR of original review: First visit was a letdown because some products I expected to find at any given LGS weren't in stock at this one, and no eta could be given. Then, the products that were available for me to purchase at that time were notably more expensive here than anywhere else I've bought them (this may or may not still be the case for that particular product, I haven't checked since they have the stuff I actually want now).

Resolution of the first concern resolved the second concern simultaneously, so I've bumped my review up by 2. I can confidently recommend checking this place out now.

Came in to the store today to have some 30 year old Pokemon cards looked at. I showed the guy at the counter and told him I wasn’t sure if they were worth being graded and sold as some of them are very old and while in good condition I wasn’t sure of the value. The guy laughed at me and my friend while he looked at the cards, and gave me barely any information on card grading or where I could send them until I pushed the issue about it. He ended with telling us we could do whatever we wanted with the cards but there was probably little to no value of them, keep in mind he looked at only a handful of the cards I brought. After we left we brought them to another store a few minutes away and immediately got a lot more information and help and was told the potential value of some of the cards. I would not recommend this place to any one looking for information on selling cards as the guy barely wanted to look at them to begin with and was very rude and laughed throughout...
