The wife, I and the kids decided to eat here since we have not been to a sonic in a while with the kids. So we stopped at this store to eat and will never come back to this location ever again! We pulled up to spot 6 and ordered our food on the app like we normally do. After we ordered our food on the app it popped up on the screen that our order is being ready in the kitchen. There was only one other car in one of the other parking spots and was not busy at all! We all sat there for 20 mins waiting for our food to come and after about 25 one of the girls that was working there came out to he car and told of that they were out of apple sauce, and we said that was fine my son will take tater tots instead. Then she walked off and went back in side and we waited again for another 10-12 mins and she finally brought our food out to us! We started handing out the food and drinks to the kids and I looked down and seen that my sons drink looked different then root beer. So i took the lid off the cup and took a sip of it and it was nothing but carbonation sugar water. Witch in my option they should have noticed that before they brought that out to use to the car! So I went back up to the door and knocked on the door a few times before they finally came out to see me and asked her we ordered a root beer and this not that. she looked at me and said oh we are out of root beer, and i looked at her with a dumb look and said then why in the heck would you send this out to me and not tell me you where out like you did with the apple Sause!!! Like really? So i told me to just give me dr pepper instead! While I was waiting i looked through the window of the store and saw food all over the floor that no one was cleaning up and just left on the floor while everyone inside was just walking around it like it was not even there! So that's when i decided it was time to wright a review about this store! and on top of that my tots tasted like they have been sitting out for hours! Once again we will never go back to this location again! Management really needs to get there employee's on track or yall need to shut down this location because i just saw most of the reviews here are bad and yall just keep...

I went tonight at about 5:40 and there was ZERO internet there. I wanted to order through the app because it’s cheaper that way, so I let them know what was going on and the girl taking orders told me to turn off my wifi, so I did that and still ZERO internet signal. So I asked if I could just get my order for the price I’d get through the app and she said no, that “that’s offered in-app only.”
Well I HAVE the app, OPENED, and I got my order together through it, saw the price it would be if it didn’t keep crashing when I tried to check out. I actually took a screen recording of the app repeatedly timing out and not sending the order through, AND of the wifi network options (none from Sonic). I spent at least 10 minutes out there refreshing the app and hoping my order would go through before I asked. That’s why other employees have previously helped me with this and this shouldn’t be contingent upon what mood the cashier is in that day. It’s really not my fault that this location (and other locations I’ve been to, actually) is a dead zone with no business wifi network for their customers. Sonic can definitely afford wifi. So I told her I’ll go somewhere else, and I did. I went next door and paid for a more expensive meal, because I didn’t feel like buying food from any sonic after I went through all that just to not be helped out. She didn’t bother even asking the manager if they can help.
I can see one or both possible intentions for not having signal or wifi: 1. So that customers can’t save money through the app when they’re at the location or 2. They don’t want their employees to have access to the internet, even on their PERSONAL break time. Either way I can’t stand giant corporate public chains that treat customers and employees like that.
Get some wifi. Even if just to let your customers open GPS to get back home.

We waited over 20 minutes after ordering and hadn't gotten our food. When we asked about it (after waiting awhile longer to get an answer), we were told it was on the way. After even more time and a second request as to where our food was, they told us their system was down and asked us to tell them the order again. We said we were done and requested a full refund so we could just leave. They said they would refund us once they found the order.
Some time later, they miraculously came out with our order, and we insisted that we wanted the refund instead, as we had requested. The guy offered the food, but wouldn't process the refund and said the best he could do was maybe a free ice cream. We were completely fed up at that point, as we had been there for about 45 minutes by then. When we asked why they didn't tell us earlier about the system being down, the guy who brought our food claimed that it had just happened... despite the fact that we had put our order in over half an hour ago. He then proceeded to tell us about how horrible it had been for HIM to deal with upset customers that night.
Mistakes do happen, and we tried to be as polite, patient, and understanding as possible, but we were incredibly frustrated by their inability to make it right after they messed up. When we asked for a refund, we wanted a refund, not another 10 minute wait while they finally decided to make our food. It was handled very poorly by the employees there, and for that reason, we are absolutely never returning to this Sonic again. Unless you have 45+ minutes to spare, I wouldn't recommend anyone else trying their luck...
