TLDR: Set up like Subway for pizza; unless you order a standard recipe, employees put whatever they want on your pizza. Fast tasty pizza though. Go when it's not too busy of you are particular about your pizza. Food: 5 stars. Speed (for a pizza joint): 5 stars. Customer service: 2. Value: 4. Toppings are free!!! The food is delicious, I love a personal size brick oven pizza any day. It's really fast. If you've never had a pizza cooked in a brick oven, you need to try it. They are cooked at 700+ degrees, so it takes about 2 mins. The regular "mod" pizza is a large single meal, or good for a small lunch and leftovers for dinner. Their customer service is struggling. We went at a busy time and all the pizza assemblers were in outer space, maybe the upper atmosphere. The girl putting meat on kept trying to give me Canadian bacon instead of bacon. She just kept pointing and saying "This?" No. Bacon. "This?" No. Bacon. Once I finally got the right meat on my pizza, she didn't push it down the line far enough, so the veggie guy didn't take it and wandered off for a second. Once he finally got my pizza, he was taking too long for each ingredient. So I didn't get everything I wanted. The last girl asked what seasonings I wanted. I said parmesan, and she assumed that was all and sent my pizza to the oven. I didn't get everything I wanted on my pizza, but it...
Read moreLet's talk about what most people are looking for at a restaurant: good food, quick service, nice people. I mean, yeah, some people might look for ambiance or exotic dishes, but most people are looking for a good place to fill their bellies. If you fall into that category then LOOK NO FURTHER for you have found the pinnacle of quick service pizza restaurants. Let's start with the food: you pay one price and customize that pizza to your little hearts desire. You want pineapple? Have pineapple. You want pesto instead of marinara? Not judging! Seriously, you could load it up or leave it basic and no one's going to penalize you. But no matter how you take your pizza, you're not going to want to wait a half an hour to actually put it in your belly. Unless you hit a major lunch rush, you're probably not waiting more than 7ish minutes to hear your name called. And even in a rush it's not going to be much longer. Granted.. if you order 6 dozen custom pizzas you're gonna have to wait.. but seriously, that's your problem. Just.. don't do that during the lunch rush. Don't be that person. Speaking of people! These people are awesome. Fun, friendly, easy going, helpful, the list could go on. But maybe at this point it's just better if you come and see them for yourself. Oh, and make sure you get the...
Read moreFriendly staff. Fairly priced. Upon entering you're asked if you have ever been there before and if so you're welcome back and if not then they explain to you how everything works one of the staff members told me it's like a Subway but just for pizzas. It is very much like a Subway as to you build your own pizza the crust is pressed and is very thin there are three sizes for you to choose from and tons of toppings. The plus here is you could load your pizza up with as many toppings as you want and there's no extra charge so if you wanted to put a hundred things on your pizza you can put a hundred things on your pizza and still pay one price. I did not create my own pizza I created a pizza from their specialty board I had to seasonal Pizza. Now this is just my personal opinion but I am from up North and it was a far cry from the pizza that I am accustomed to not bad however but more like a fast food pizza sort of like one you could make it home in your own oven by using a slice of naan(Indian Bread) and your own ingredients. Like I said not a bad place and I would...
