HeathKnits — Attraction in Walpole

Heathknits is not just for knitters- she also teaches crochet! It’s hard to find classes beyond a one time beginner class or a themed class with a set project. Heather is enthusiatic, VERY patient, encouraging , knowledgeable and most importantly kind . As a “lefty”, I have always had a problem finding teachers, taken classes and learned a few things . Surprise - I’ve been doing things wrong ….with Heather’s help I have learned the correct way , more stitches and have more confidence. The classes are combined with both knit/ crotchet, class members are diverse and multigenerational ; Heather works hard to make everyone comfortable . Projects are individual , and she is happy to help you find a new one or cross reference a pattern (find a crochet alternate to a knit pattern someone else is doing in class). I was looking for a crochet class because I wanted to make my first granddaughter a baby blanket. I have not crocheted for many years till I found Heather at HeathKnits.
