Supreme Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Walpole

Disappointed. I ordered chicken parmigiana pasta and a side salad. I wasn’t sure they delivered to my address, so after checking out the menu and prices, I was surprised when I was told $29 for $20 worth of food, but I decided it wasn’t a big deal.

The salad was 100% iceberg chunks with a couple of old tomato slices- not a tomato I would eat.

The chicken parm was a huge dish of spaghetti with almost no sauce, and chunks of heavily breaded chicken that had a very oniony flavor, not a pleasant taste at all. I have never seen chicken Parm served in this manner, where they appear to have pre-cut the chicken for me. It was not even worth eating, which was a shame, because there was an enormous amount of food.

Perhaps, if they spent more money on quality ingredients and reduced the serving size, it might have been edible, but unfortunately, this is making its way to the trash. What a waste of $30 + tip.

The worst part was the fact that they included garlic bread that was so incredibly stale I couldn’t eat it if I wanted to.

I feel very bad writing this review, because the woman who delivered it it was on time, and was very friendly and professional. I just can’t get past the quality or lack there of, though, so I’m sorry to say that I will not...

Ordered from Supreme Pizza this evening. Mostly due to other establishments in the area not being that good. I chose a small BBQ chicken pizza. I also decided on delivery which is something I never do. For starters, they have the sweetest lady delivering. When I opened the box, my pizza was smothered in chicken, BBQ sauce and cheese. Nice!! Grabbed a plate fearing once I picked up a slice, the chicken and sauce would immediately slide off back into the box or onto the floor! Nope!! Supreme has somehow mastered their dough. It is amazing!! They have figured out a way to make the perfect thickness to support toppings, while leaving the outside edges soft enough that your mouth thanks you! I kept looking at the bottom of the slice wondering how it supported all the chicken?? Well, until the taste buds took over and then I was basically Homer Simpson at a Rave! In Times Square there is a tiny pizza shop which claims to have the best pizza in the US. Supreme needs to send...

Placed an online order Sunday 5/21/23 at 8:35p. I received a confirmation email with a 35 min delivery time. At 9:20p, I called and confirmed with the guy on the phone that my order was out for delivery.

As of 9:51p, no order, I called again and someone picked up the phone and put it down without speaking! WHAT kind of customer service is THIS??? I would like an immediate refund and a call from the manager. UNACCEPTABLE.

Got a call through FINALLY after shop closed, at 10:03p. - Why would we want food at 10p at night over an hour past its promised time? The driver called but my phone was upstairs and I WAS WAITING OUTSIDE (my address is NOT difficult to find!) And too late to order elsewhere, but unless this is made right, we won't be back.
